Scam! – So wanted a pointer for soccer coaching. When I tried to follow up re: non delivery after 2 weeks, email was bounced back. I'm assuming this is of no interest to fair trading and the police as always.

Never buy from this mob – They take your money, They send one confirmation email to confirm order, No other email and no product arrives. They do not respond to emails and when you go to their website again the anti virus goes into overdrive

Crooks stealing your money – Never buy from this mob, I don't think they are a legitimate online trader at all. Straight out liars, stole my money, no product sent, no email communication, no refund paid, waiting for paypal resolution now. Can only assume positive comments are from themselves. String em' up, bloody crooks.

Glad I didn't read the negative reviews before placing order - Great little lasers for physics pracs – In my case, whilst we had some initial issues with communications and the initial order appears not to have made it onto the OzLasers system (although payment was taken from my card) they kept their word to resend an immediate shipment by express post AND they threw in a bonus. I am very happy with my laser pointers (red, green and purple) - they will work a treat in our Physics laboratory at a large Melbourne Secondary college.

Good products and great service – Have no complaints of any form. OzLasers was professional in their conduct and timely in replies. Would recommend to anyone needing some lasers.. will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Probably my favorite online electronics store – OzLasers has now become my favorite online electronics shop. Their lasers are great, but they have so much other cool stuff. [name removed] was a great help, and I would definitely recommend getting in contact with him if if you're doing any kind of home electronics project. Very knowledgeable young man. Their products are great quality, and their staff are a lot more helpful than the average online store. The public can't visit their warehouse for safety reasons! :(

Do not make any transaction with this site – It has been 3 years since I have purchased an order and never got the product till this day (not joking). Website unsafe and products never come but luckily I was able to prove to my case to authorities and was able to get my money back (after a long time). Do not purchase anything from this site and spread the message around because this site must be forced to be seized and taken down.

Fraudulent company, accepting payment without sending goods. Effectively stealing – I placed an order in April 2017. No response from OzLasers when my goods did not arrive. I have contacted the QLD Office of Fair Trading, who have now completed the investigation (It's now January 2018). OzLasers lied to the OFT, telling them they would refund me yet never did. Even though it is a small amount, I am going to litigate them as this is effectively stealing and someone needs to stand up to prevent this from happening to others.

SCAM Website: DONT BUY ANYTHING AND TELL EVERYBODY – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE/PERSON. Same as everyone else reviewed for this website. Bought a laser in March 2017 and never delivered. No response on emails and phone. Phone initially rang out and then disconnected on later attempts. Went to Office of Fair Trading in QLD and it appears I'll get a refund in the next day or two from this SCAM website/individual. The website needs to be shutdown.

do something – OK a lot of people have been cheated by Ozlasers. We should do something about it. I tried Queensland Fair Trading. They say they cannot do anything because Ozlasers do not answer their phone or email. Perhaps a mass approach to the Queensland Premier may help. It seems strange that a Government Department created specifically to prevent unreasonable behavior cannot do anything in an obvious case of theft as shown by the reviews.

Needs to be shot – A scammer taking people's money. It's been over 20 days since I ordered, does not answer emails, tells you to go away when you ring his phone. I've contacted the ACC and will also go to the police. Gonna burn his butt.

June 14th, 2017 Update: A JOKE

Hi everyone, Red here again. I rang office of fair trading and vccc about ozlasers they are investigating they told me to call the bank and ask for a (charge back) on to our account, we told them what has happened and our money was put back by our bank. The bank is now looking into it as well, so contact your bank and do same as well, last words about ozlazers A JOKE.

Rip-off and Scam...avoid at all costs – Order $50 worth from them...aka [name removed] who apparently runs the business. Waited a month...nothing...waited another month...still nothing...no replies to emails...their 1300 number is dead. Eventually received a refund 3 months later after my purchase, which incidentally was taken straight away thru their shonky e-way system. Avoid like the plague. This person is a shonk and shyster.

Stay away from this company – Never received my order. Tryed to phone them and the phone was not connected. I then sent and email but had no reply. phoned that number he answered "F*&k Off" and then hung up. I phoned again and the same thing happened. I did this a number of times with the same result. I then emailed again and told them what had happened. She was appologetic. She told me she had sent the order and would refund the money. I did not receive either. I did report this company to the banks and I cancelled my credit cards. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Ordered, paid, never got the laser pointer – Same as everyone else's review. I reported them to Fair Trading, requested a charge back from my credit card company and also contacted Eway about the problem. Hopefully someone does something about this fraud.

So bad – I bought a laser from them in 2015, took them 2 months to deliver and when i got it, it didn't even look like the picture on the website but it was some el-cheapo from overseas.

dodgy – I never received my laser either. Not happy. Their phone number doesn't work and I will be contacting ACCC. Why are they still operating I wonder? Do not use this company.

Don't buy – I ordered a laser pointer about two months ago. They took my money immediately, but have not delivered my order. Their phone is not connected and they don't answer emails. My complaint is now being investigated by Fair Trading.

Avoid this company! – I ordered a red laser pointer over two weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. The company have not answered my emails, nor have they responded to Facebook messages (having read them). The phone number they give has been disconnected. I only wish I had thought to read these reviews before I ordered. Thanks goodness I didn't pay them more than $30! Dumbfounds me how these charletans can be allowed to continue to operate.

Don't us this company – Same as all the other customers I placed the order. Money was taken immediately. No email confirmation sent. No product sent. I will definitely take this further. It amazes me that they can get away with this. It's disgusting.

Do not order from OzLasers – I can only repeat and emphasize all the negatives everyone else is saying here. They charge you immediately - and you never hear from them for weeks until you chase them up, phone is out of service. I had to threaten to take them to Fair Trading. Eventually got a response. At least I eventually got my order after pressuring them, though it was thrown loosely in pieces into the delivery envelope! It could be new or second hand - no idea.

I will never buy from Ozlaser ever again – I ordered a Laser pointer on the 8th December. By the 20th the order had not arrived so I sent off an email using their customer service but heard nothing from them, by the 30th I sent off another email but still nothing. I'm so glad now that what I ordered was not that expensive but has certainly made me very wary of buying anything else online again.

Order never received! Ordered a laser for my grandson for Christmas. Order paid for but no delivery! – I ordered a laser for my grandson for Christmas. It was ordered on 1st Dec 2016. It is now mid Jan 2017. No delivery! Unable to email. Emails are undeliverable! Do not use this company.

Disgusting – I have been waiting for months. Tried phone number but its disconnected. Sent emails, no response. I will be taking this further. Do not buy from them. I am a pensioner and its disgusting how they can take money fraudulently.

This is a scam company. Do not buy from them – Ordered on Nov 11 2016. Followed up with 5 emails plus one to the payment processor. Called 4 times, phone appears disconnected. It is now 21 Dec. No product delivered. No answers to my emails. This is a scam, don't waste your money.

The eWay payment confirmation email was also sent from the same individuals gmail account, If anyone has any success in getting into contact with the owner of the business and finds out what is happening please leave a response here.

Ripped off!!!!!! – Item never received. Do not buy from this company. No response to emails and phone is disconnected. Have contacted bank to try and get money back. Be warned people!! They will rip you off.

Avoid Oz Lasers – Items never delivered, no respone to phone calls, emails and in site queries... I intend on contacting the ACCC. Don't waste you money like I did. It goes to show google metrics isn't always an indicator of a quality buisness.

The good reviews are all from 2013. I am thinking that perhaps the company shutdown but they still keep raking in the cash...

Wish i read these reviews first – Two weeks now and no communication at all. Paid up and expect nothing to be delivered. Ozlasers looks to be os based so no ability to hold them accountable. Wasted money.

Absolute crap - do not use this company (scammer) – Bought a 3 pack of lazers ($89 inc shipping), nothing shipped. Do not answer calls or emails. All attempts to contact these people have failed, will pass this onto the ACCC.

No product – Green laser pointer ordered 24th August 2016 they do not answer their phones or answer my emails. I assume they take your money and give you nothing.

Straight Scammer – Bought a laser, and it never arrived. The owner strings out the comms for a long as possible until paypal's due diligence expires and you can't get a refund for something that never arrived.
