I've been using Park on King for over 5 years for both business and leisure travel. The service is excellent, drivers are friendly and reliable. It's located conveniently just a few minutes from the airport. It's easy to request pickups when you're coming back - just call them and they'll be there quickly. almost 11:30 pm and expected we would have to make our own way back to our car. I rang the shuttle service phone number expecting no answer but they were waiting for our call , knew who I was and picked us with a smile even though was very late - much appreciated.

Good service with nice clean buses. However, if you have an issue out of your hands (like a cyclone) you’ll be slogged with overcharge fees. Check before you book – I have booked for 3 days while I am going for international flights- but they refuse and asking extra $30 for airport transfer. Ridiculous I booked an Uber and be there for $10. Check before you book

no again – Worst thing I booked. I had to go up to 7th level before I found a car spot. They drop you off at a Bus transfer stop . to JetStar. On return you have to wait at their bus stop and ring them to pick you up. It was cold and windy waiting there as you are outside. imagine if it was raining.

Park on king is easy and accessible. great staff and fantastic transportation to and from airport. car is locked away safe. prices are great. have come multiple times.

Have used Park on King a number of times now and have always found the staff friendly and the process so easy. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Airport Parking - Sydney – Booked to take advantage of one of their special deals. Easy to find and the entering process was a breeze with staff greeting on arrival and reader to take number plate for exit ease. U ndercover secure parking. unforeseen circumstances arose, requiring me to extend my parking reservation by two days. When I attempted to rebook online, I discovered that I could extend my parking for an additional two days for a total of $45. However, I was then informed that this option was not permitted, and I would instead be required to pay an overstay charge of $70.

This policy seems arbitrary and unjust, especially considering that rebooking online for the same duration would cost significantly less. As a valued customer, I expect to be offered fair and reasonable options for managing changes to my travel plans without being subjected to excessive fees.

I hope you will reevaluate this policy to provide a better experience for your recurring long-term parking customers. We should have the ability to easily extend at the cheapest posted rates without excessive overstay fees.

Not suitable for traveling infants – The POK documentation is unhelpful, after reading the extent of their FAQ pages for details on EV charging I found nothing about issues traveling with an infant. Instead, I am left to wait until the checkout process where I find an extremely unhelpful statement below: "I am aware that children under the age of six months are unable to travel on… Read more

Drop off Location Problematic – The smokers area is one spot for drop off and just up ahead too where it’s free from smoke. I got asthma and knee foot issues so it would be nice to have avoided coming out into fumes straight into my nose. Parking system was basic. I had trouble with plate recognition but there was help on hand which was great as it was my first time. Show reply
