Ready Steady Print

Poor communication – Received the order as requested however email was sent to the Managing Director who didn't reply. I called main switch for help. The operator didn't have access to the order information and said some one would call me back. That call never came.

Terrible service – Tried with numerous emails to have a booklet printed, referrals to other printers and not answering my questions. Best they could come up with was a price for a one sided print! Why would I want a one sided booklet printed???

This printer is a sham – I ordered booklet prints 4 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately and I received a confirmation email. 3 weeks later I emailed requesting an update, and have since called three times. I had called an answering service and they had no idea where [name removed] was. I have not received my order, and I now have to find a printer who can print my product before my deadline next week. What a terrible way to run a business.
