emailed for a follow up, and no reply. I called, numerous times different days and received no answer. I see the reviews on here are harsh, but I am in agreement. I wondered whether this company has been closed down. Maybe they have and that is why I have not received a reply. I have just found a fb messenger, I’ll see how my luck goes. But it has been a while and I am not confident for a reply.

worst service and cheap quality product – Avoid this company at all cost! I had my worst experience with them. They now sell on catch.com.au and Mydeal.com.au, pay attention who the seller is, dont but if its all4kids, save yourself from the frustration.

Possibly the worst retail experience. Ever! – Bad customer service. Terrible products. Completely unreliable. Relatively cheap price doesn’t even come close to making up for poor quality and non-existent customer service. I will never visit their website again.

Among worst service ever received – Ordered from these peanuts as thats the service you get peanuts, i took the extra charge to use auspost expensive but reliable at least but they decided to send it with a poor service courier that would have charged no where near that cost i paid, and 11 days later still havent received my order sent numerous emails no replies please just go elsewhere save the headache for yourself.

Bad Company – I wouldn't buy from this company ever again. Purchased from them 8 weeks ago but no reply to emails or phone calls. Be very careful when buying from them as you could be kissing your money goodbye!!

Shocking customer service – I ordered and paid several hundred dollars for two items over 2 weeks ago supposedly in stock. No response to emails and no goods, can not get them to even answer phone. I agree with most other reviewers and have had to open paypal dispute to try and get my money back. Non existent customer service.

Terrible – Do not use this company . They are terrible at communication 6 weeks after I ordered and various emails and calls I was told I was getting a refund as they didn't have the item . 6 weeks since then I have still not received a refund . HOPELESS!!!

Do not buy from here! – Wish I had of read these reviews first. I puchased a $200 baby bouncer nearly 8wks ago now and it still hasn't arrived; same emails keep saying the stock hasn't arrived yet. I've asked for a refund and have not had a reply from them! Absolute scammers am so annoyed!

rang paypal and they stated that sylevisions bank had declined the payment. Have now opened a dispute through paypal. Don't buy from these scammers!!! Wish I'd read the reviews on here before buying!

Never again! – They never reply to emails. Take your money but don't let you know of the delays. Part of my Christmas order will arrive after Christmas! Will never use them again.

Don't order for Christmas – Don't waste your time and $$$$ Pathetic, take customers money, no communication then 2 weeks later saying out of stock and it won't get here for Christmas, wanna refund? No i want my sons present! Lets see if it takes two weeks to get my hundreds of dollars back!

wife is now contacting Paypal for a reversal of the charge and we'll try and buy it from a legitimate business.

After further research, I find out the same scammer is responsible for FurnitureShopOnline, MirrorzOnline & Stylevision Australia. ALL SCAMS!

At that time, the pre-order date was end October. A week later, end November and another week later, end December. When we emailed them to follow up, we got no response. Dreadful experience! Very Dodgy business practice, be careful – DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, very bad business practices. I ordered Iron man fx gloves from them 2 wks ago, 20/6/16 for my 5yr olds bday. where the Iron man gloves were, I was informed at this late stage there were none left! Despite this, you are still able to order them on their website! I now cannot find these iron man gloves anywhere as all the toy sales and stocktake sales in the meantime have cleared all the stock. The best I was offered for my stress and inconvenience was free shipping for further purchases. Really? After the atrociously unprofessional way they do business and treat customers? Why would I use free shipping when there's no way I'll be there again now. Never! I have no birthday present for my son and he was very excited about these gloves. Do not buy from here!
