belongings, dismissive and bullying. Fall VERY short of what they say they stand for. Transparency they preach, opaque in practise.

Transworld international removals have been fantastic. They have a marvellous person there in the name of Lauren. She was terrific she helped me every step of the way. I am so impressed by her expertise and excellent service. I highly recommend the company and especially Lauren for everything she did for me . Vanessa Morgan

I was rather concerned to see alot of the fragile items being treated as a comedy prop. The phrase - Fragile, only drop once - was used, and proceeded a gag dropping of the box. and then dented the wall in the process. The cabinet also has glass doors, so was really not impressed to see the rough handling of the antique and heirloom item.

I wish I could give no stars – What a nasty experience. Very delayed, poor communication (Australian end was good). Then broke our stuff - we had spent $700 on insurance - and assessed the claim as ‘no payment’. Terrible.

Avoid transworld - rude service & damaged goods – The Packers were abysmal. Packing was total chaos most boxes had items from 3 or more rooms. which made unpacking take days longer than necessary and checking off items that were/weren't delivered impossible. and had a box to itself (taking up 0.6 m3 of space in the truck). Silver candlesticks were snapped into 3 pieces then each piece was packed in a separate box. Lots of damage including TV, cabinets & bed broken. A number of items went missing including 2 boxes of wine, linen & garden tools. Packers loaded the truck without essential big items such as beds, whiteware, or dining table then demanded extra payments. Head office very rude and arrogant. Our request for an approximate delivery date appeared to be an absurd question that took 5 goes to extract from admin. They were very efficient at demanding extra payments but would not reply to emails or phone calls. However, the guys who delivered the furniture were very helpful.

Started Well, Ended BADLY – Using Transworld initially was pretty good, however when our coffee machine was damaged I can only say dealing with the "Managing Director" was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Never use this company to move any items EVER! Certainly do not be fooled by the insurance cover they ask you to take out to cover any "broken items"; it's not worth the poor paper it's written on! In short, avoid this company like COVID19!

Avoid at all costs – This company moved us from Whangarei to Brisbane and some of it made it in one piece. $5000 damage to our classic car. $3500 bed destroyed etc etc. No explanation/report on how things were damaged or apology for that matter. Absolutely hopeless.

Stay away from this company!! – They underquote and once they have your furniture they increase the amount substantially! My advice is to stay away from Transworld International. And after reading the other reviews I am concerned that my furniture will arrive at it's destination undamaged.

Awful service – Made the mistake of using Transworld International Removals Ltd of Auckland (and also located in Mount Maunganui and Christchurch) to pack and store my possessions pending relocation to UK. very amateurish. Still pursuing insurance claim after almost 6 months and about to resort to legal proceedings to effect recovery. DO NOT USE......you have been warned!

Our experience with Transworld International Removals – We signed a contract and payed big money for relocating our belongings in a sealed sole use container, door to door to Europe. We had confirmed that the sole use container was not to be opened (except by customs) until final destination. TWI was a disaster from start to end. Moving three times the last two years, this was the worst one. We will definitely not use Transworld International Removal again.
