Wattle Court NSW, Sydney North

The construction of our new house has recently been completed, and I want to leave the most positive impressions of the work of the Wattle Court company. clear estimate. One of the main advantages of working with this company was their punctuality. All stages of construction took place strictly according to the pre-agreed schedule, which was extremely important for me. The company clearly kept its promises regarding the deadlines - the house was delivered on time, without the slightest delays. I would especially like to note the quality of the work performed. At each stage, the specialists paid attention to detail, used modern materials and technologies, and all issues that arose were resolved promptly and competently. During the construction process, I was repeatedly convinced of the high qualifications of the team: the builders carefully completed the tasks, and the foreman regularly informed about the progress of the work and agreed on all possible changes. As a result, we got a house that fully meets our expectations and even exceeds them. All communications work flawlessly, the finishing is done perfectly, there is not a single comment left. I sincerely recommend contacting this construction company to everyone who values quality, responsibility and an individual approach. The experience of cooperation left only positive emotions, and I can confidently say: if I build a house again, I will choose this team.

Highly recommend Wattle Court for an stress-free, premium build! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Building a home is a massive financial investment, but Wattle Court Sydney North made the entire process completely worthwhile. under the leadership of Horst. It was incredibly impressive to see how everyone plays their part to the highest standard and cooperates seamlessly with one another. This exceptional teamwork is exactly what ensures the premium quality of their builds.

During the initial stages, the grand design team gave me excellent advice and options that perfectly suited my choice of land. They took full account of the geographical situation—such as slopes and drainage—as well as the street positioning to achieve the absolute best result.

The design process was both easy and fun. The design coordinator in the showroom made selecting materials simple, and the designer was incredibly skilled at advising us on the best choices. Furthermore, during our on-site meetings, the construction supervisor gave us brilliant additional advice to improve how we use the home, ultimately completing the building perfectly as planned.

Managing a build individually makes it very difficult to find high-quality tradespeople. Wattle Court took all that effort off our hands by managing their own reliable roster of external specialist tradies, meaning we only had to drop by occasionally for a quick progress check.

Even after handover, their exceptional service has continued. Whenever an occasional maintenance issue pops up, their team is incredibly prompt and helpful in getting it resolved.

If you are looking to build your dream home, I highly recommend visiting Horst and the team at Wattle Court to talk through your ideas!

★★★★★ Excellent experience from start to finish We couldn't be happier with our granny flat build with Wattle Court Homes. From the very first conversation, the sales process was professional and everything was explained clearly, so we always knew exactly where we stood. The admin side was just as smooth. while it took us a little while to get the hang of Buildertrend, the team responded quickly to any questions and kept us in the loop the whole way through. The colour selection process was a real highlight; we loved being shown the different range options and levels before making our choices.

On site, communication was excellent and the build tracked right along with our expectations. The quality of the workmanship has been fantastic, and any small maintenance items that came up afterward are being sorted promptly.

Any variations along the way were costed quickly and explained clearly, with no surprises. Honestly, we can't think of anything we'd want done differently. it was a professional, well-managed and genuinely enjoyable process from go to whoa.

We'd happily recommend Wattle Court Homes to anyone considering a build.

G J Gardners North Sydney - Best part of house is the Fridge I Bought with Ice Maker – We have already been to the Department of Fair Trading once - won and are headed there again. Was told by Supervisor that the 6 windows that poured water in the storm, was a once in a 100 year storm, and also that it happens, windows leak !!!!!!. Shame it rained 2 weeks later and the same 6 leaked again. Waiting for Window company to come out… Read more

but am sure it will be someone else' problem. The icing on the cake this time round was we couldn't get furniture delivered as the lock to the french opening doors wouldn't open and appeared to not be key locked with the front door (as told it was) I rang the supervisor after turning the truck away and he said he would be out on the Monday. Upon arrival (2 hours late) he proceeded to fiddle with the lock and then he said we must of done something to it. Imagine my surprise when i found out the lock actually came from ANOTHER JOB, no key and surprise surprise the same supervisor had installed it!!!! We now have a 2 week wait for a new one.

They continually tell lies and continually get caught out.

The customer service is terrible and this is why we will go back to the Department of Fair Trading as we refuse to have the Supervisor on site ever again. Do not build with this franchise, unless they get rid of the Supervisor.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like any more details. So over GJ Gardners and their lack of responsibility and work ethics.

Worth It – We finished our GJ Gardner journey just a few weeks ago. This is an honest account of my family’s experience from start to finish. From the outset, we were undoubtedly a difficult client. for them. We suffered extended financing delays with our bank when the first bill came due, and GJ soaked that up too, though they had the right to penalize us. Then, with building well underway, we ran into all sorts of sector-wide problems beyond anyone’s control – skyrocketing inflation, supply chain blockages, a lack of timber, a shortage of specialist skills and tradesmen. For all these reasons, the build took longer than both we and GJ expected, close to 18 months. During this crisis, larger fixed-contract home-building companies in Australia collapsed. GJ didn’t.

We got to the final home handover months behind schedule, but we got our house, and it’s lifechanging. We have friends in the building and construction industry and they notice the quality of the work and the attention to detail in our home. There were difficult moments and frustrations on both sides, but they took care of it all and the result is a beautiful, high-quality house that is more than we ever hoped for. It’s a joy to live in.

Living the dream every single day!!! – GJ Gardner North managed the build of our fabulous new home with professionalism and care. The quality of the product is top shelf.
