One of the biggest highlights was how incredibly fast the build was. Our EasyLiving home was completed in less than 20 weeks as guaranteed, which honestly exceeded our expectations. Seeing everything come together so quickly while still maintaining great quality was amazing.

A huge thank you to our site supervisor, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole build. He was always approachable, responsive, and never ignored any concern we raised. Even the smallest issues were addressed properly, and he was willing to call contractors back multiple times to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. That level of care and attention gave us so much confidence during the build.

Our CLE was also incredibly supportive every step of the way. She guided us through every stage, reminded us about documents we needed to send, payments or requirements that were due, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. Her communication and support made such a difference.

The house looks beautiful and turned out exactly how we imagined it. We are so happy we chose Carlisle Homes for our first build and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

Everything ran like clockwork and of a high standard from initial contact with Emily in their display home and through the planning stages with Romy and building stages with Luke. The enthusiasm,efficiency,and friendly approach was a truly amazing experience in the completion of our entire project, including the fencing, solar system and landscaping before our arrival from South Africa. From the very beginning, Mariella was proactive, professional and highly organised. She contacted us on the first day to clearly explain the validation deadline and the importance of completing the demolition works before that date. She also provided a detailed email outlining all outstanding tasks and requirements, which helped us understand the process clearly and act quickly.

Mariella maintained excellent communication throughout the entire pre-construction stage. She responded to our emails and enquiries promptly, followed up outstanding construction plans efficiently, coordinated with the relevant departments to finalise documentation, and helped arrange the peg-out survey quickly with regular updates.

She also worked diligently to ensure the signed plans and documents were promptly sent to the relevant sections for validation, helping us complete the validation process smoothly and on time.

In addition to being highly professional and dedicated, Mariella was always kind, polite, patient and easy to deal with. Her attention to detail, quick action and willingness to assist made a very stressful process much easier to manage.

well as after service and maintenance is exceptionally good. I was given what I asked for. They had lot of designs to choose from at reasonable price when compared with other players in this field. In less space they have given me more whereas other builders ask for more money for same things. Even if I had to make some last minute request they adjusted that wherever possible during and pre construction stage. As far as after service is concerned I must say till date even for minor of issues have been looked after by them and their team with patience and utmost care. Guy from service team who especially look after my house and whose name is Brent Jasinski is wonderful person to deal with. He is a gem. Very happy with his service. He is Very helpful and accomodating. All in all I will give Eight Homes 5 Star Rating.
