From my very first conversation, Tania has been absolutely fantastic. Building a home is a huge decision and can feel overwhelming, but she has made the experience exciting rather than stressful. She listened to exactly what I wanted, respected my budget, answered every question honestly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

What has impressed me most is that even though her role has largely been completed, she has continued to make herself available and has encouraged me to contact her anytime if I need assistance. That level of care and dedication is something you don’t see every day, and it really shows how much she cares about her clients.

I’ve also been impressed with how efficiently Boutique Homes has handled the preliminary process. Everything has moved much quicker than I expected. The site assessment and preliminary works were organised promptly, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Madina so quickly to organise my interior design appointment. Every person I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional and responsive, which has given me confidence that my build is in good hands.

I know there’s still a long journey ahead, but based on my experience so far, I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. June 2026, and I can honestly say that the whole journey from start to finish was excellent.

I engaged a private building inspector for inspections at every stage, and only very minor issues were identified—nothing significant at all. During handover, we found a few small items such as paint scratches and a couple of missing cabinet screws, which are normal minor defects.

A special mention goes to our Site Supervisor, Luca, who acted professionally throughout the build. He promptly addressed all the issues and had everything rectified within a week, well before our housewarming event. I also visited the site regularly, almost every week, to monitor the progress myself. Based on my experience, the workmanship and build quality were very good. I would like to sincerely thank Celeste (Onsite CSO), Luca (Site Supervisor), and Sumit (Sales Representative) for their support, professionalism, and dedication throughout the process.

Thank you to the entire team for a job well done. We are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend your services.

was also incorrect. The staircase color and paint color were not done as selected in the display home and as agreed in the contract (“as per arise” . The administration mistakenly used a different color than what we selected. Even when we offered to pay extra for a solution, no proper help was provided and we were told nothing could be done. Overall, the customer service were not satisfactory. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and improves both its communication and quality control in the future.
