Ridiculous, useless phone – I have had the worst experience with this phone. I do not recommend it to anyone. I am guessing the majority of the positive reviews are from new users. In less than 6 months, this phone had ran out of it’s 32 gb of data, 25 gb taken up by the phone’s own data storage, with no way for me to recover it except to reset my phone. every couple of weeks to be able to use the basics on this phone, and I need to delete/offload apps, photos, safari history on a daily basis. I can not store photos on the phone, and can have a maximum of 5 apps on my phone at once if I am lucky. Look on any of the support forums and you will see it is a common problem. The battery life is also now useless, not even 18 months since purchasing. Absolutely useless phone. Apple should concentrate on getting the basics right, instead of designing phones with a ridiculous amount of setting choices that the majority of people don’t need or want. Beyond frustrated and annoyed.

This is a great product for talking to people and looking at far too often, buts that is okay because everyone does it.

thank god its discontinued – Picked this one because of its size, which is great but have had nothing but problems. Goes offline for no reason, phone cuts off without warning and it is the only device in the house that is constantly playing up. Love this phone – I went straight from an iPhone 5 to a 7 and am so glad I did. I've so far had zero issues with it, it still looks and acts brand new. I find the lack of headphone jack extremely annoying as I use my headphones a lot during the day. This is the only downside.
