Scammed this week by expres bond cleaning – I have news , fair trade qld found these criminals are in nsw so we need to lodge our claims there. Dont give up fellow victims. to confirm the booking, so I paid in full. 8am on the Day of the clean I got a message saying the cleaner was sick, and that they would try to get another team there the same day or the next morning at 8am. I became concerned when I found out how inconsistent their company name was (and I believe they are continuing to change their name to get new victims). I also realised there was no phone number. I then found these reviews, all our stories match. So I emailed Express again asking to cancel the job altogether and requested my money back, less the cancellation fee listed in their 'terms and conditions' - haven't heard from this since, won't get back a cent and can't believe this company has been getting away with this for so many years, often by changing their name - can't any criminal or legal action be taken???

confirmation email for the job. (We booked the job 3weeks in advance) Fast forward to the confirmed booked day, nobody turned up! We searched everywhere for their contact number but there wasn't any! So we could only email them and no response. We were scammed!! I am so angry at this!

Keep away from them – Don't go near this company. They are frauds. I have reported them to Fair Trading. They take your money and do not complete work, a complete sham.

Total scam don't use them – I was scammed in Canberra this week. Please don't use. Looks really professional at first. They communicate quickly and professionally. The will make up so many excuses about not turning up including a car accident. These people totally rort people when they are stressed about moving. It teaches you to always use a payment method that offers protection.

DON'T HIRE THEM !!! SCAM – They ask for payment upfront and no one shows up !!! Can't contact them once they have your money !!! They seem very professional at the start , be aware that they send you an invoice with AbN that is registered they charge you GST that they don't pay !!!!

Cleaner had to come to another address to pick up keys, when she did, she didn't have any equipment or cleaning products in her car and said when she finished her clean she would leave the keys in the letterbox. I asked if that was after everything carpets etc to which was told carpets were my issue and I had to organise myself, so an email to the "company" I get told that everything will be done that day......... It's then that I notice there is no real company signature it's just a normal email, and when mentioning that it was a big misunderstanding on the cleaners part, I am told maybe if I understood and listened to what was said then I wouldn't have misunderstood. And thats where it all went down hill. After pointing out that I didn't misunderstand the cleaner has no idea what is meant to be done today, I then went searching for online reviews and found this place :-(

Went to check after the cleaners had been, and all she has done is remove property that was at the house and either put in the bin or steal for herself, and completely Dutch the house out with bleach. Our bleach as well. I believe she has actually washed the windows with bleach but that's all she has done. I asked to know what had been done and was told it was all done. I have put in complaints to the ACCC, the ACCC-SCAM watch, WA SCAM ALERT, AUSTRALIA SCAM ALERT, WA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE and i found that the abn number is not registered to pay gst, so I've made a complaint to the ATO and am considering going to a current affair and today tonight to get the word out there. Something has to be done and this pathetic excuse for a human needs to be stopped before they continue to scam more people and steal from more people

Now we have to pay out of our bond, for cleaners to come back in hired by the real estate to finish the clean.

Worse company! Do not use! – I organised this company for my bond clean as they had a bond back guarantee, which is absolute nonsense!! old and had no clue what to do. After 3 hours, I returned to the property to make sure they had locked the property as requested. They had left the property with my garage door open so anyone could of walked in, however left their cleaning products inside with nothing yet cleaned so they were returning. I have no idea why they left my property during the clean.

Furthermore, when i returned again to the property it had still not been cleaned - not even the basics like vacuuming or mopping. I contacted the company to rectify this, but they needed to hear it from the real estate. They returned to the property 2 days later to rectify the list of cleaning the real estate gave them, which is listed on their website as doing. Yet again, it was not completed. So i have not only paid $600 for a service that was not provided, i have also lost money on my bond. When advising the company of my complete dissatisfaction of this, they did not care. I asked for a refund of part of the money paid, however there response was: "We are certainly not giving you a refund." The company is very unprofessional and a complete sham!

for their cancellation, lack of contact and ultimately horrendous cleaning job, or myself for paying them $330 upfront for a one bedroom house.

Seriously, as a supposedly savvy Sydney-sider I should have made like Craig David and walked away from this scam, but instead I went free fallin' for this like Tom Petty and cost myself pesos, and pride.

Moral of the story, do not channel Uncle Kracker and follow me into this rort, or you'll be left feeling more shame than Cersei Lannister during her walk of atonement.

Do yourself a favour - never use this company – This company is good at two things 1) providing quotes; and 2) accepting payment. That's it! On inspection the day after the so called 'bond clean' I discovered the worst bond clean I have ever seen. Barely anything they claimed to clean on their checklist was done. We paid extra for them to clean our blinds and carpet as well and they looked no different. I question whether they actually cleaned anything. They also left the outside lights on and the back door unlocked. I find it interesting that the same thing was done at another property 'cleaned' by this company.

There is no way to contact these people by phone, just email which is very frustrating. Even more frustrating they don't bother responding to emails anyway once they have your money. Basically they get away with doing very little for a lot of money and don't have to answer to anyone. What a business!

I just hope we get our bond back with the additional cleaning I had to do myself.

Next day I get an email at 9.35am saying they'd contacted our agent & they'd said it wasn't an issue to do the following day & cleaners had arrived at 8am & waited over an hr.

They had NOT called my agent & I highly doubt were at my property, no phone contact, all via email.

After emails back & forth & me calling them out on their company they've said they'll refund minus cancellation fee ($250!). We'll see if they do.

In the meantime I've reported to my bank (dispute form files), police & if no refund I will be reporting to Fair trading & consumer affairs.

It's a scam! Don't use this company – Paid $300 upfront and locked in a date. Good communication until the day they were suppose to perform the end of bond clean. Never showed up and have ignored all my emails and the emails of consumer affairs. They are not at the Sydney premises stated and their number is disconnected.

Scam - do not use this company – I organised a bond clean and foolishly paid in full by bank transfer before the due date, as was required. No one turned up on the day and I have not been able to get in contact with them since - they don't have a phone number, only an email address. I have registered a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and hopefully this horrible company will get shut down soon.

Bond Back In Full Great Job – I just wanted to say what a wonderful job [name removed] and the rest of the Gold Coast team did on my last week. We received our bond back in full. We would definitely use their service again. They were punctual, courteous and did everything on the checklist and the agent was very happy.

cleaners return across several days and times, they have not yet done so and I have had to engage another company to re-do the work.

Avoid this company at all costs, as their phone number is disconnected, they want you to pay in full up front, and they do not respond to emails in a timely manner.

Have caused me much distress and heartache.

went within 3 hours and the place was not satisfactory. Scum around the bathroom taps, bathroom mirror not cleaned, dust in bathroom exhaust fan, cupboards not wiped out, etc, etc. Also the extras I paid for not done. Thankfully I had the cleaners mobile number and said I was not happy and he said he would come back the next day to go back over things. When I asked about the pest control he said he was a sub contractor and knew nothing of it. Was told by head office that it was just a basic house clean! He came back the next day and still windows had streaks and the place was still not up to a bond standard. I ended up finishing the job myself.

When I finally heard back from head office they said to get a list from my real estate of things that weren't done but I told her I didn't have an agent. I asked for someone to go back and tidy up and also do pest control or to just give me a refund on the pest control. I got no response. I emailed a couple more times expressing my annoyance that even though I have no agent I should still get the service I paid for, but still nothing. Please don't waste your money with this company.
