Cleaner didn’t clean everything properly. I would have to go over the cleaning after the cleaner left because things like vacuuming, mopping and cleaning bathrooms/toilet were not done properly.

I have had my window cleaner taken for the shower. If something is taken now I have no trust in them coming into my home. Previously cleaners had a police check done on them. Jarvis and co. do not provide such a check despite my request. Having raised the matter with the office I have not received any remedy or solution to date, but they are keen to charge me for more cleaning service despite my emails and concerns...

were sick and asked to reschedule for the next day. I explained it had to be done that day, so rescheduling wasn’t an option. They eventually showed up late and did a very poor job. The balcony and doors weren’t cleaned at all, and I was asked to pay extra to clean sliding doors (I have three), despite the fact the unit doesn’t even have windows. Management was also very unhelpful. When I raised concerns about the sick staff member and ensuring the job would still be completed properly, all I was told was that they “can’t help people getting sick.” I understand that—but if you’re charging premium prices for a bond clean, you should have reliable staff available and deliver the service promised. Instead, I received subpar work for a place that was already quite clean to begin with, along with attempts to charge additional fees. What I also find concerning is the inconsistency in their terms and conditions: customers are required to give 48 hours’ notice to cancel, yet the company can cancel with less than one hour’s notice. That imbalance feels unfair and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

and the first thing they did when they arrived was advise we need to pay AN EXTRA $300 to spot clean the walls after the quote specifically says they spot clean the walls. They also refused to clean the balcony after the quote says they will clean the balcony. When I called the company they threatened to cancel the clean if we didn’t pay it after already paying $620 for a 2bedroom, 2bathroom Appartment. The man on the phone was extremely rude and aggressive over the phone and advised I have to pay a cancellation fee after I said I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL i simply asked for an email outlining everything we are paying for the cleaners to clean which he refused todo so. THEY ARE A SCAM AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

On follow up today at 3 pm they was no response only to be told job got delayed with no apologies. No advance information about delay or picking up calls. Regret having called to use them again.

here for 42 years) quote included walls, blinds, skirting boards, windows inside and out, dusting, photo frames etc. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area home its no small so initial conversation was it may take 2 days no a problem. After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. My house stinks from whatever they used with their dirty mop. Photos are after they left the second time. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

They also left a stain on my bench top That is coming out of my bond they took no ownership. Even with the before and after photos. The “boss” is rude and thinks his done a good job. House was disgusting. They didn’t even mop or vacuum crumbs left on floor and when we made them come back to fix it they came at 7pm and the cleaner goes Awh “do we have to do the floors for a bond clean?”
