Used Tony to assist in repairing 3 curtains, damaged by a boarder. Tony arrived on time, completed the job promptly. Finding people to do this task is not easy, some are way overpriced. Happy to recommend Tony to get the job done properly.
Life saver in fixing, cleaning our panel blinds, when you buy blinds from companies. It’s nice to know when things go wrong/ break you have Bruce to rely on. Thank you
TJ was professional, friendly, replied promptly to my enquiry. Came around same day to have a look at the stain on my carpet first. He even researched the substance on my carpet to find out how to remove it. The carpet came up brand new!!

arrived on time and had the job completed in around 45 minutes. I'm satisfied with the results. Nothing was missed and they cleaned up after themselves. I've provided a few sample photos here to illustrate the difference in some of the worst areas.

This review is directed to Tony in Townsville. He is obviously a man who takes the time necessary and puts in the work to get his job done to perfection. Chirag did a brilliant job on my headlights. I needed them done quite quickly as my rego was about to run out and I needed to take my van back to the service centre so they could pass it for rego. I put in a request early Friday morning and Chirag was here by 1.00pm. He was also a very pleasant person. Show reply
Follow-up · It cost $120 to have my lights detailed and it took around an hour to do. That was all he worked on. He needed access to a power point for the polisher, so it's best if you can do it in a garage. But the extension cord they use is long enough if you have to leave your car outside. The lights are still looking great.
PERFECTION! – Straight to the point. .I had my car detailed by Garry and frankly I can't praise the job he did enough! Garry was prompt, on time Exactly, polite, friendly, speedy and an absolute perfectionist! I could not fault a single thing. So happy I found him.

***CASH THEFT*** - During an exit clean, I accidentally left my daughter's money box and jar of gold coins (approx $200) in a high set corner kitchen cupboard. the lid off under other rubbish, indicating it was cleaners who took the money not a passer by and I had covered with bags myself. The company claim it was passer bys who took the money, however there were other valuable items in there (I was happy to dispose of) and they were still there & I had placed other rubbish on top which was unmoved when I went back to recover the money boxes. I raised with lead cleaner, who disregarded and said the cleaners did not notice there was money in the transparent jars so therefor didn't tell me about it. Additionally, I was charged for the removal of the jars because rubbish disposal wasn't included in the initial quote which ended up being far higher than initially conveyed. Needless to say, I won't be using Jim's Cleaning again, if you do ensure your valuable belongings are definitely removed before the clean and if you are anything like most people leaving a rental is a very stressful process, dealing with cleaner theft is not an additional stress anyone needs.

did an excellent job and made my home look like new again. What impressed me most was his attitude. He kept asking if I was happy with the work and carefully checked everything himself to make sure it was completed properly.
After everything had dried, I noticed a few areas that still needed attention. I contacted Joshua, and without hesitation he came back, listened to my concerns, walked through everything with me, and completed the remaining items to a very high standard. He genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the final result.
Joshua is friendly, professional, honest, and takes great pride in his work. His communication throughout the job was excellent, and I really appreciated his willingness to make sure everything was completed properly.

My real estate agent spoke to him as we contracted him through an agent and Gary stated that he didn't quote for them. The problems there was no itemised quote only a price for removal of rubbish.
