I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Russell from Jim's Window Cleaning. He used initiative to get our windows cleaned before the carpet cleaner came in. He did a fabulous job of the windows, inside and out and including the frames etc. I'm very happy to have chosen this service, which was also at a reasonable price considering the thorough job that was done, better than any done in the past. I am very happy with the cleaning service. Loubna and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our 430m square shop, leaving everything spotless, fresh and tidy. They were professional, reliable and paid great attention to detail. I really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality services.
Amish and his team from halls head were fantastic, cannot fault them at all. From the initial quote to the end it was just smooth, great communication and very easy to deal with, all windows were cleaned to streak free perfection, they were very respectful in my home and left it clean when they left. Price was very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a good window clean.

Jim’s Cleaning put us onto a local cleaner in the Wallan area named Rick. The service provided was outstanding. It alleviated our stress in making the property ready for sale and the job in the end was of exceptional quality. Before cleaning the grout in the indoor tiles was black, the concrete was black and the window frames were mouldy. The photos show a very different picture. We could not be happier. Show reply

arrived on time and had the job completed in around 45 minutes. I'm satisfied with the results. Nothing was missed and they cleaned up after themselves. I've provided a few sample photos here to illustrate the difference in some of the worst areas.

Follow-up · Answers to Questions. Was the pickup/delivery extra ? - The cost was all inclusive of collection, cleaning offsite and return to their exact original locations. How long did it take? - 5 days for 18 Thin-line Venetians ( various width and lengths ), 3x wide folding curtains What was the cost? - Quoted at $1800 but I gave a tip to cover the complexity and quality of the service.

Mahmoud was a delightful young man, arrived on time, did a good job, price was reasonable. I would recommend him.

Thought I was getting a car cleaned, but I paid $300 to have my car vacuumed, and that's absolutely it. Left the mats outside my car uncleaned and didn't even run the vacuum over the console trays or even give anything a wipe. What I would call the absolute bare minimum, and for $295, no.
Would rate lower if I could. The worst service I have ever seen. No proper quote given so cleaners could up the price however they wanted. the lid off under other rubbish, indicating it was cleaners who took the money not a passer by and I had covered with bags myself. The company claim it was passer bys who took the money, however there were other valuable items in there (I was happy to dispose of) and they were still there & I had placed other rubbish on top which was unmoved when I went back to recover the money boxes. I raised with lead cleaner, who disregarded and said the cleaners did not notice there was money in the transparent jars so therefor didn't tell me about it. Additionally, I was charged for the removal of the jars because rubbish disposal wasn't included in the initial quote which ended up being far higher than initially conveyed. Needless to say, I won't be using Jim's Cleaning again, if you do ensure your valuable belongings are definitely removed before the clean and if you are anything like most people leaving a rental is a very stressful process, dealing with cleaner theft is not an additional stress anyone needs.

did an excellent job and made my home look like new again. What impressed me most was his attitude. He kept asking if I was happy with the work and carefully checked everything himself to make sure it was completed properly.
After everything had dried, I noticed a few areas that still needed attention. I contacted Joshua, and without hesitation he came back, listened to my concerns, walked through everything with me, and completed the remaining items to a very high standard. He genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the final result.
Joshua is friendly, professional, honest, and takes great pride in his work. His communication throughout the job was excellent, and I really appreciated his willingness to make sure everything was completed properly.
I am already planning to have Joshua from Jim's Cleaning (Regents Park) clean the solar panels on my roof in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality exterior cleaning services.
