cleaning were not done properly.
The job was rushed and completed in about an hour. Only basic vacuuming was done, and many areas were left dirty. Even after the service, the mats were left soaking wet and still dripping the next day, making the car unusable.
This is not professional detailing. Very poor quality service and not worth the money at all. Would not recommend.

Very impressed with the work Harekam did on my car. He was very particular and thorough and the end result speaks for itself. I was a bit skeptical at the start considering the price but then was blown away by the quality of the work. Ali from Jim’s Car Detailing at Granville worked extremely hard to cut and polish the bonnet of my car to remove paint which had been splattered over the bonnet of my new car. While not %100 clean he made an incredible difference to reduce the damage. Would highly recommend. Thanks Ali.

Curtis was able to squeeze in my pre-sale detailing with short notice, easy to communicate to and showed extremely good attention to detail with interior and exterior rejuvenation helping the buyer enjoy every moment of buying a used but extremely well maintained vehicle. An iced coffee milk left in the car in the heat created an explosion that absolutely covered my interior. Mian totally removed all traces of the disaster. Exceptional job. Very much appreciated.

Requested carpet cleaning in Adelaide. Sadly there was zero response - which will also put me off requesting their gardening service. Would expect much better from a franchise that spend money on TV advertising.
Kaye-Did me dirty. On the 28th April 2026, they came (3 ladies) to do cleaning at my place. They finished in about an hour. They did a terrible job for the first time. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, the floor and walls was not clean, shower head had some residue, very disappointing. I sent them a text to riase concern, they responded that they are certain the house was cleaned properly. So disappointing for a $200 bill.
Made a booking and received a call within the hour. Booked a time for 11.30 am next day. Received a call later that night to change the time from 1pm to earlier.
