Won't rent another vehicle without a quote from Apex where possible! – Hired a Hyundai Elantra, online from the Apex website, for 9 days in March 2012 after being unhappy with the Avis corporate quote. This was a bit of a step outside my comfort zone as I have been a very loyal Avis customer. I need not have worried.

The car was in perfect condition, a 2011 model, low kms, auto, very easy to drive, very comfortable and economical on fuel.

Service was impeccable. I thought transfer from the airport to the Apex Brisbane depot at Nundah might create some delay but was collected from the shuttle area within 5 mins of arriving in a clean late model People Mover. Once at the depot, paperwork was completed very quickly and I was away. Return was similarly efficient. All staff were friendly and eager to please.

Overall, this was a 5 star experience. Apex Car Rentals - take a bow. Excellent value, excellent service. Single depot can be an inconvenience.
