Great experience, no problems at all – My washing machine died last Wednesday night..having 2 boys means I needed a new one asap! I ordered on the Thursday morning and had my new washing machine installed and ready to go by 3pm the following day. They had the stock and they were cheaper than anyone else. I received a phone call at 7.15am on Friday morning to give me a delivery time window - I called them to see how they were going as the time was getting close to school pick up time. They called straight back and kept in contact with me to let me know when they would arrive. They collected my old machine, installed the new one and made sure it was working - in and out in 10 mins. I have done about 5 loads so far and all seems to be working well. They did what they said they would do - value for money & delivery without fuss
