Bought a microwave less than 10 days ago, it’s not heating properly- 15 min to reheat a frozen meal (still had icy patches), 1 min for cold coffee only brings it to 60-70 degrees on top, cool deeper in the cup. Sitting on a chat with appliances online and they want us to wait 7 days for a service call!! Refund is the right approach but delay, avoid, deflect. Poor business
Best online shopping experience, would highly recommend! Amazing price, free delivery of a large item which saved around $250 compared to other outlets. Could choose the delivery date as soon as the following day. Delivery guys brought the item into the specific room I requested and were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!
I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Free shipping, taking away the old appliance and packaging from the new and even setting up or installing appliances is so helpful and convenient. Prices are always better than the physical stores so I don’t have to “shop around”. I’ve got no complaints. Even the call center is Australian and so helpful and efficient. Don’t ever change!

Couldn't be happier with the service provided. I have a steep driveway with lots of stairs and there were no complaints from the delivery team. It was also great to be able to track the delivery in real time, just like ordering an uber.

The washing machine was faulty, I reported it to Appliances Online and they sent someone to look at it, then replaced it with another machine the next day. I cannot fault the customer service and was very happy with how quickly they sorted this issue out. I will be using this company again.

Useless Mattress Importer. Avoid these mattresses at all costs. Cheap and nasty in my opinion. Any mattress that comes in a box Cannot be great. Floor is more comfortable. Medium Firm is not medium Firm and no help for the herniated disc in my low back. Red Gum sleeper at best. They have Free Delivery but do a Compare the Prices. Hmmmm

I ordered a large freezer at about 8.-8.30pm one night through the week, and it was delivered to my door the next day about 16 hrs or so, from ordering to receiving. Great work from Appliances Online.
So easy to order, fantastic prices but the best past was the delivery drivers, they unboxd the product, carried it in to the house for me and then took the rubbish with them and also offered to set it up and gave me a quick run down! Will use again.
We contacted Appliance on Line to buy a bed base, first of all it was a very good prise with free delivery. The delivery was very quick, and the delivery guys where amazing. I bought a Whirlpool washer/Dryer. That started having issues after 2 months. O was given a run around by Whirlpool warranty repairers. Ultimately, they swapped it with my choice of washer and seperate vented Dryer. Dryer now playing jp making grinding sounds in a weeks time of use! Absolutely appalling experience. Months of being passed back and forth between Appliances Online, Bosch, and multiple warranty providers with zero accountability. No one could even confirm my warranty existed. It did. Thank goodness I had a receipt for the extended warranty. After all that, AO forced a replacement refusing to send out a repairer… Read more
to even assess it - then charged me extra for a “comparable” model, plus installation and cabinet work that they clearly didn’t understand. I paid fees they later contradicted themselves on.
Delivery was a disaster: they delivered and removed the dishwasher twice, refused to take away the old one, cancelled installations last minute, and repeatedly showed up with the wrong size appliance. Then had the nerve to offer me a downgrade “for free.”
When I finally requested a refund, they delayed it, refused to process it until collection was organised for today (which theyve now failed to show up for), and tried to give me zero flexibility despite their own scheduling mistakes.
After 20+ years as a customer, this is how they treat you—disorganised, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

(including price matching) to installation, everything went smoothly, and I was kept informed throughout. I ordered on the Monday afternoon at about 3.30 and delivery was the next morning shortly after 9 - you can't fault service like this.
