The delivery was ultra fast, it arrived on Monday morning! The delivery experience was next level, the two team members, removed my old TV, installed and set up my new one. They were super friendly and made sure everything worked before they left. They also removed all of the rubbish from the new tv. The whole experience was outstanding, and appliances online will be my first stop from now on.

additional shipping protection. Box looked a bit worse for wear with the sealing tape at one end cut but it did not appear the box had been opened. I opened the box and again found it did look like the contents had been disturbed but on removing the shrink wrap from the batteries supplied for the remote I found the batteries had been squashed!

I then started to wonder if the box had been opened, I re-examined the box and found a yellow label on the oppsite side of the box to my shipping label that had R.T.S on it and a bar code, I began to wonder if RTS stood for Return To Sender, I then noticed that the label was covering another label so I peeled it back and found another shipping label to another person dated about 3 months before I purchased the item. Under Australian law it is illegal to sell an item as new that has peviously been sold and returned either open or unopened. I contacted the seller and explained this and they indicated the were well aware of the law and all returned items are disposed of via their clearance centre. Clearly in my case that had not happened and they sold me a second hand unit not a new unit as advertised.

Ordered a new coffee machine one evening at 6pm and it was delivered the next day. Great communication and knew exactly when to expect the driver. They even took away my old appliance. Great service, great price. Would definitely buy again from Appliances online.

supplier (JB Hi-Fi) and the assistant seemed to show no interest and ultimately told me they had no stock anyway. Wouldn't even give me a quote! Was by now frustrated and went home. Called Appliances Online and just incredible - they actually beat the quote I had and within literally 3 minutes I had done the deal. They offered to deliver the next day but because I had an appointment, I opted to get delivery the day after that (today). They agreed and delivered my washing machine at the time they said they would, took the old (bigger and much heavier) machine away and installed and tested the new one. Took 20 minutes from their arrival to deoparture. Fantastic service - blown away.

This is the best service I have ever received At 8pm I ordered a refrigerator and it was delivered 12 hrs later and the old one removed. Pleasant and professional delivery staff with information given perfectly I would recommend this company to anyone.

When the supervisors lie thinking your stupid it's really Pathetic at best. the front 4th machine again another dent. They were at my place 5 times asking couriers to watch a machine do a load dry that wasn't filling even half way with water. After bening lied to by the supervisor staring that the machine is ment to do that, I called Heier themselves and found out the 1st 2 machines were faulty. You think the 3rd time they'd get it correct, Nope a dent showed to me by the driver as he walked it in the door, the next machine the same, Spoke to a couple of friends that had the same issue... there selling 2nds What gote was the BS, id you think your customers are that stupid you have to lie to them Would you believe these idiots wanted to try a 5th time? I’m absolutely disgusted with how Appliances Online has handled this entire situation. replacement to be delivered today, Appliances Online has somehow managed to mess that up as well. The replacement isn’t coming, and I now have to rearrange my plans AGAIN and book another day for delivery.

I’ve had to deal with a faulty product, wait nearly two weeks for a resolution, organise my time around a replacement delivery that didn’t happen, and now inconvenience myself yet again because of their mistake.

What makes this even more frustrating is that throughout this entire ordeal, I’ve received absolutely no compensation or meaningful gesture of goodwill for the amount of time and inconvenience this has caused me.

I understand that faulty products happen. What matters is how a company handles the situation afterwards, and Appliances Online has handled mine terribly. I was initially attracted to them because of the convenience of their delivery and removal service, but this experience has been anything but convenient.

At this point I’m incredibly disappointed, frustrated and genuinely regret purchasing through Appliances Online. For a company that promotes convenient and hassle-free service, this has been the complete opposite.

So very disappointed with my last purchase from AOL - bought back in June, with a promise of 4-6 week delivery, which was cancelled 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. pay more with other providers than deal with AOL's false representation of service and supply. Cheap is not always good, and good is not always cheap.

other online shops or retail outlets. Also it was very convenient for us, when they offered removal of the old washing machine for free along with free installation of the new one. Behaviour of the delivery staff was also very nice too. So overall it was a very convenient experince for me and my family. Now need wait and see how the products perform in the long run.
