I bought a Samsung washing machine from Appliances Online. Not only was it delivered on time but they installed and removed the old one for free!!! Their prices were better than the competition too! Highly recommend, you won't find a better deal elsewhere.
I phoned them at 2 a.m., and they matched Myer's price with free delivery, with the difference being I didn't have to drive all the way to Myer Ringwood. Excellent job; appliancesonline. Excellent

Obviously standout for me was delivery, assembly and removal of packaging all for $0, you Obviously cannot beat that compared to other online provides who charge and arm and a leg for delivery plus removal of packaging. I didn't have a sofa to replace but they even offer that service as well. Definitely recommend ordering through Appliances Online to everyone

Anyway he installed to where he could, we bought a reducing bush (brass adaptor) & he'd given a great lesson on how to do the next steps of connecting bush & hose to bush without leaks.
All good, went well. My opinion on the Bosch dishwasher not so good compared to Asko but that's another story. I relied on CHOICE etc that Asko not so reliable anymore so opted for Bosch (no longer made in Sweden etc). There is no comparision between Swedish design (Asko) & German (Bosch) so I am in adjustment & missing my Asko, but no choice for reliability it seems.
Ergonomics etc nowhere near as good... and things just don't fit or stack nearly as well. With ASKO you add it, it fits & holds in place. With Bosch - flip flopping all over the place & many things don't sit firmly easily without micro adjustments. I've been spoilt by Asko....sigh.....

I bought the Westinghouse 4.5kg dryer to replace old dryer. Mounting required a different mount bracket but was easy enough. The dryer is great. Delivery guys took the old dryer away as well as all the packaging of the new one.

Not only cheaper than my local retail stores, but they had the products in stock. I didn't have to wait a month or two for the next stock deliveries.
I rarely take the time to actually write online reviews purely because most of the time the service and experience is less than stellar however I have filled out every survey and review for these guys as I have been so impressed with the experience, sale & delivery service. I have purchased twice now from them and would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered Washing Machine online, it arrived 2 days later, 2 neatly dressed young men installed it, then checked water taps & then left taking old machine with them. All finished very quickly. Most impressed. Will go to Appliance Online sales again .

compared to the other places that are offering discounts. Some are about the same price as AO, but there is always 1 or 2 cheaper depending on what item we were looking at. I just tried them again for a sound system and the RRP is 999 - AO have it at 900 - most of the others have it at 699 - 1 place has it at 595. I dont think AO have realised that with AI it is very easy to shop around to find the best current price on any specific item.

consequently had made no effort to rectify it. Now we have to wait 3-4 weeks for a replacement battery. Thanks to Dyson who have jumped on it to help us out. Brickbats to AOL for letting us down. Buying online is simple and we got our items delivered each time. The down side is warranty issues can be a rocky path.

useless ...but then again 1st machime faulty 2nd machine faulty 3rd.machime an upgrade, big dent in the front 4th machine again another dent. They were at my place 5 times asking couriers to watch a machine do a load dry that wasn't filling even half way with water. After bening lied to by the supervisor staring that the machine is ment to do that, I called Heier themselves and found out the 1st 2 machines were faulty. You think the 3rd time they'd get it correct, Nope a dent showed to me by the driver as he walked it in the door, the next machine the same, Spoke to a couple of friends that had the same issue... there selling 2nds What gote was the BS, id you think your customers are that stupid you have to lie to them Would you believe these idiots wanted to try a 5th time? supplier (JB Hi-Fi) and the assistant seemed to show no interest and ultimately told me they had no stock anyway. Wouldn't even give me a quote! Was by now frustrated and went home. Called Appliances Online and just incredible - they actually beat the quote I had and within literally 3 minutes I had done the deal. They offered to deliver the next day but because I had an appointment, I opted to get delivery the day after that (today). They agreed and delivered my washing machine at the time they said they would, took the old (bigger and much heavier) machine away and installed and tested the new one. Took 20 minutes from their arrival to deoparture. Fantastic service - blown away.
