Overall an acceptable experience, and it seems to be getting better – I've ordered from these guys three times now and I can say they have improved since the first time I ordered, about a year ago.

The first time I ordered from them I got a bit worried after I read some of these reviews, so I tried to call them and the number was disconnected! I sent them an email and they took 2 days to reply. I did not receive a shipping notification, and the order status on the website was never updated from "processing"

My most recent order of two carseats seems to be going a lot smoother. I had to contact them for a quote for the insurance company (my car was involved in an accident) and they responded that same day. I followed up with a request for some more information and there were no problems.

The order status is still not updating from "processing" even though I have received my emailed shipping notification yesterday, so fingers crossed they are arriving sometime this week. Quick, easy The order status is never updated from what I can tell.
