every bub (as we all know, they are all different!) and colours/designs to suit every nursery decor!

If the item ordered is not in stock, they notify immediately via email and are more than happy to cancel the item ordered for a full refund, no questions asked.

They keep you up to date with the progress of your order via email, so that you are aware of when your item has been dispatched and when it is likely to arrive. Great communication :)

I have Baby Zone Direct saved in my favorites and will continue my customer relationship with them as bub develops throughout the stages of childhood :) Fantastic customer service, great communication, prices to suit every budget, fantastic range!

arrive. At first after reading other reviews i was worried about postage timing. But my item arrived within the week. I could clearly read my items reached the safety standards. The price beat all other online and store prices i could find and my item was available when i ordered. The only problem i really see is the lack of communication between the buyer and the seller. I couldnt get an answer from them weather or not my item was in store. I also was not given any tracking number or notification that my order was dispatched. I think i got pretty lucky getting my item within the week as it put my mind at ease. However, buying online - you do get cheaper prices, obviously that means you forfeit some of the customer service you would receive normally (with products double the price). Price Customer service

The registry is horrible – I created a baby registry on Baby Zone Direct so that friends and family from overseas could purchase items we would need and use. Setting up a registry is quite easy, but using the registry is not! I sent a link to my registry to my friends and family so that in theory they could choose an item that they liked a purchase it. should have simplified purchasing the item by providing my address automatically and update the registry to indicate that the item had already been purchased. More than half the time my friends and family started from the registry, but ended up purchasing the item from my registry but not through my registry, so they had to provide my address and the registry was not updated. I believe my loved ones were transfered away from the registry when they clicked on the item for a description. Needless to say, I received duplicates of some items.

Also Baby Zone Direct does not provide any details of who purchased the item for you. The purchaser must buy a card for you and write a message, otherwise it's anyone's guess who sent the gift. We received about 7 items without names and are still trying to figure out who sent some of them!

As with many of the other reviews, my loved ones also told me they did not get confirmation emails of purchases, but their accounts were debited. Online registry that allows international purchasers Registry is very poorly set up

Very good – I had read the other reviews and was nervous after ordering from babyzone direct. Although i got an email the day i ordered saying the product wasnt in stock, i got another email from babyzone saying the item had been dispatched 2 days later and my goods arrived as ordered at a good price 5 days after i ordered them. Cannot fault my experience with them Great price, quite quick delivery

Order delivery – The order I placed was out of stocks due to supplier issue. It has been a month after my money taken out from my bank. I rang the customer service to follow up and requested to change an alternative product. The service provided by Michelle is good, she checked the stock availability and assist in making change of the order. I am waiting for the order processing now. overseas and confirmed via email a change of delivery address. This email was acknowledged. On returning home on 28 February I learned that delivery had not occurred. I have emailed three times since the 28th February and have not received any response. The intended recipient of the Order telephoned once on 27th Feb which was answered by a recorded message that Babyzone was relocating and to leave a message which he did. His telephone message as not been returned. I've now advised Babyzone that I intend lodging a formal complaint with the CTTT.

SLow to re-act – I placed an order with them in January 2013 and the product was out of stock. They still took my money and said the stock would be in in about 2/3 weeks - weeks down and still waiting. No follow up from them and they dont answer the telephone. Makes me think that I may have done my money - be careful Fail to make contact, dont answer the telephone when you call

purchase to ask whether your product is available as it makes it much easier to know whether you will receive it sooner or later. Great price and fast delivery too, ordered on the Friday and was here in rural NSW by the next Thursday. Overall a great website and will be buying from them again! on Friday. I think the key is to confirm whether your item is in stock before ordering online - they do have a disclaimer on their website advising that stock levels aren't available online.

They use a courier which enables you to track your order's progress. I really like this feature.

I also had some issues in assembling the high chair, so called the customer service team, who promptly provided me with helpful instructions.

I won't hesitate in ordering from them again. Prices!! The most competitive for what I was buying. Customer service was helpful and friendly.

Very good! – I ordered cot sheets and a cot mattress from them, got my goods within a week and all were in great condition. Their customer service was great. Really friendly and helpful staff. They must have really improved because they're nothing like what the other reviews have said. I highly recommend them :) Reliable , great customer service, inexpensive.

shocked and asked again, is there no way of getting me the model number, and she simply said no. No explanation, no apologies, no nothing.

Without realizing, my hubby had already emailed asking the same question - he got a reply with the model number within 1/2 an hour. Go figure. Efficient Email Response - Excellent Useless Phone Salesperson.

a shipping notification, and the order status on the website was never updated from "processing"

My most recent order of two carseats seems to be going a lot smoother. I had to contact them for a quote for the insurance company (my car was involved in an accident) and they responded that same day. I followed up with a request for some more information and there were no problems.

The order status is still not updating from "processing" even though I have received my emailed shipping notification yesterday, so fingers crossed they are arriving sometime this week. Quick, easy The order status is never updated from what I can tell.

will be back in stock in about 1-2 weeks. Well thanks for letting me know when i first placed my order, NOT! So then i email back and say i'm disgusted and that i'll think about whether i want to continue with the order. This morning i decide not to and request a credit to my bank account. No reply. So i ring them, only to be on hold for 10 mins and then get cut off before i get through to a consultant. So i try ringing back and...... continually engaged. I've emailed them back now asking for a credit and reply within 24 hours or i'll contact authorities. This is the worst service ever, steer clear.

Will never shop online with them again – I made 2 orders with one day in between each order. for these to be delivered. 3 weeks later I received an email stating my first order had been dispatched but I am yet to hear anything regarding my second order (it has been over 1 month since my order and since they charged my credit card for the purchase).

Considering the amount of time it takes to receive anything from these guys, I would gladly spend the money I am "saving" and buy the items from a physical store or an online business that knows what's important, that being customer service and satisfaction!

No updates re. orders, no reliable info re. estimated delivery times, zero customer service, terrible website.

decided to call Fastway to find out what was going on and they advised me they think that the package had been sent to Perth instead of Adelaide. I was shocked. They couldn't even give me a definite answer. A few days later, I still had no updates so I called Babyzone Direct to advise them that I had not received my package and they advised me that the package had been sent to Perth and was being redirected to Adelaide.

I finally received the items... only to find that one of the items were incorrect. This confused me and I quickly checked on my order to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. I definitely didn't. I had to call Babyzone Direct to advise what had happened and they gave me a reply paid address. On top of that, I have had to pay for a new envelope and registered post to make sure that the item is received by them. I typed a letter and pasted in the pictures to ensure the mistake would not happen again. I am now hoping that will send me the correct item soon.

I am never purchasing from them again... the stress caused is not worth it and I'd rather pay the extra money on a company who will deliver a great service.

email yesterday morning asking if item had been shipped. Only now receiving an email response (over 24 hours later) stating item is actually out of stock and they hope to receive a shipment in around 2 weeks time. I was not offered a refund option, an apology or even an accurate date as to when I will receive the stroller. I feel I would not have been notified of item being out of stock if I had not emailed them first. Absolutely terrible customer service, they gave me misinformation about product and I don't trust I will even receive this item. After reading the negative comments I still went ahead with ordering from this company but believe me do not trust this company and think twice before ordering it is not worth it. nothing yet terrible customer service, given false information, not given an accurate date when I will receive item, no apology for false information, no option for a refund

The service was great excellent communication, product range is massive – The product I brought was on sale, an email was within 24 hours letting me know the colour I wanted was out of stock, a phone call to the sales staff and they gave me another colour choice and the product was sent on the Thursday and arrived Monday. Will definatley shop again.

I ordered 2 car seats and a pram with toddler seat, the car seats were out of stock however I was emailed and offered a refund, different color or if I wanted to wait for it. I emailed back to wait for it, the second they were in stock they were dispatched and they even sent my pram sooner rather than waiting for the whole order! Amazing site, amazing staff! highly recommended the only problem I have is that they don't display stock levels but they are quick to resolve this.

The Customer Service girls I spoke to were brilliant! They were friendly, helpful and communication by both phone and email was replies to promptly. I had a few problems putting the cot together (a screw was missing), so I rang them, and the girls put me through to after sales service. They sent me out the missing screw in that days mail, and it arrived 2 days later.

There is only one place that I will go from now on to buy my baby products - Baby Zone Direct and the bonus for me is that they will deliver it to my door. More time for me and my precious little guy. Friendly and Helpful. Good Communication May be helpful to show stock levels - but didn't affect me at all.

Great product and service – After seeing a lot of negative reviews we still ordered from this company and I found their products to be very competitively priced. I got concerned the day after ordering when i realised they don't show out of stock on their website so i emailed them and got a reply within 30mins saying the order was in process of despatching. I ordered the stroller on Wednesday night, and it was promptly delivered four days later on the following Tuesday.

know about previous comment about GST as I've never heard or had this added at end. Contact and ask for a quote and they will tell you about price, cost, availability it's that easy. I'd shop on line any day saving heaps from retail outlets in Canberra anyway and having goods delivered to door how good is that? I must say I've never had a rude sales assistant from this company number one reason for having my sales. Easy buying on line and great prices Can be hard to get onto however try again or leave a message they do get back to you!
