Hi Selena, Sorry to hear your issue with your washing machine, have you tried using front loader washing powder which creates less suds. Machines often recognise suds as the water level which in turn causes the water level to be inaccurate. after months of waiting for parts, baumatic sent me a new machine when i complained to them about the slow time response and hundreds of dollars spent at the laundry mat which was enough to buy me a new machine. i will though be using the front load powder to help.

Selena Can I ask who the company you had to call for service? I had the same problem with a different brand from Aldi but it looks very similar to that machine plus the same problem. The service people was Tampo

I absolutely hate this machine it is the worst buy I ever made. It tangles clothes and constantly errors out due to what it says is out of level clothes takes so much longer to do washing as I have to constantly reset. I have had this problem since day 1 and would never recommend that anyone buy one

This machine is the biggest piece of rubbish ive ever owned! it wrecks clothes and leaves them tangled in a big knot. i think i could do a better job with a cake of soap and a rock! please any one considering this do not buy. the first one i bought leaked after two weeks, they repaced it and the second also leaked,. lucky im a tradie and was able to fix it. id love to throw this through their window! grrrrrrr
