Can i give this 0 stars please? – Have had nothing but trouble since installation 8 weeks ago. my plumber has made adjustments several times including new shower head with flow restrict removed and a pressure reducer at the meter. my husband and kids now refuse to use the shower. luckily it only supplies hot water to our ensuite and we have a different system for the rest house. as per everyone else goes cold all the time many times during shower and usually wont go again without turning off completely then waiting a minute then starting again. really tedious when washing hair. works a bit better if you can tolerate scorching temp with no cold water mixed in but for kids especially this is not an option. will go cold with noone else in house using any other water or gas appliance.always have hot water fully on in shower and still happens.i want to change to another model!
