Nothing but problems – Great machine when it works. Unfortunately I have had ours for 3 years and it has been repaired 5 times. Now out of warranty they want over $1000 to fix it again. It also took over a week to get someone out to look at it. Customer service no help as usual: "I'm sorry Sir we cannot do anything until we get it in writing." Not very helpful when a weeks worth of laundry is piling up for a family of 5. I've run out of jocks!!!
I am tossing it out and going to buy a Meile today! Washes well, quiet. Unreliable, bits falling off it, plastic cracking, expensive to repair, poor support!
