Terrible – Overall very disappointed given the money I spent. I had always considered Bosch to be a reputable brand. I emailed my disatisfaction to the company and have had no response. Washes well when it worked Although it's a 6.5kg machine, I found I could only fit 2 queen sized bed sheets in before the machine was full.

Stopped working after less than 5 years! First 3 years hardly used. Cost to repair is more than $680! Given I paid about $1,100 for what I thought was a premium product, I am very disappointed. Wouldn't buy Bosch again. Repairs far too costly!
