Short life & expesive to repair – We have owned the machine for 7 years with light use (1-2 washes a week). It's slow to wash but otherwise worked ok. It has now had a major failure with the drum breaking free damaging the tub & heater element. Bosch don't bring these parts in as they are too expensive.

We paid what I considered to be a premium for the machine as we thought Bosch was a good brand. We will never buy another bosch product. They don't have good support and are an inferior product. Reasonably quiet - (even more so when its broken down) Expensive to purchase and even more expensive to repair - if they have the parts. Short life. Poor support from Bosch.
