Make it into a Smoothie! – A great alternative to 'just a drink'.
Use a milkshake container, put in some crushed ice, and fill with water to 250ml, add the powder, then blitz with a Milk Shake Maker or stick blender. Is a very filling smoothie which takes a while to drink, so you feel like you have had a meal. Love the flavours
