This is a great weight loss program – I've lost over 10kg/2stone in 31 days on this program, shakes are delicious, soups not so much! Must stick to the diet for full results, I have a shake in the morning, fruit mid morning, another shake for lunch followed by fruit again mid afternoon and the a healthy balanced meal although I've been eating just soup for my meal to keep the calories down, treat myself to one day of the diet every 14 days ! It works Impressive results It is exspensive

Is the weight harder to come off if you are in the change of life. I also do Zumba 3time a week .
