Miss out on sales as stock levels not updated regularly on web page – Have been shopping at centrecom for past 15 years. I remember when raymond the owner used to deliver products himself in his land cruiser, but today the store is a lot different and much bigger.

Never bought from their online store. Staff were friendly enough at sunshine store. Not the cheapest, being beaten regularly on price by main competitors such as cpl.Net.Au, msy.Com.Au, pccasegear.Com, but they are cheaper by a mile compared to dick smith and harvey norman. Also, customer service is much better than the above.

The main gripe i have is that often when sales are on and the product is shown as 'in stock' on web page at centrecom.Com.Au, when you actually go into the store it is out of stock. Unfortunately when they are busy they do not answer the phone, it just rings out, and you can't check.

They said the problem with stock levels is because their database is updated after closing each day, and not on weekends, so if the item sells out during the day or over the weekend, bad luck, you won't know. good customer service, not as cheap as some stock levels wrong, cheaper than big retailers, DSE and HN
