MyPhotoBox aluminium wall hangings & other Cudo products/services sold not as advertised – Very disappointed in CUDO & many of the companies who use Cudos method of sale. Be warned...don't purchase the aluminium wall hangings from MyPhotobox as the quality is appalling. The colours printed on the aluminium are dark, dull, blurred and nothing at all like the images uploaded. Cudo will only offer me half my money back and that is in the form of a credit. Once I have used up my $118 credit on more useless ripoffs from Cudo I will never use Cudo again. Seems the only companies who sell their wares through Cudo are those who are just about to go out of business through lack of customers or low quality of their products. The others appear to wait until they have the orders and only then do they order them from China...hence the long wait for items.
Appalling quality. Bad customer service from Cudo.

Short story. I was finally reimbursed as a full refund for the aluminium wall prints I had ordered but only after sending CUDO this product review I had written and explaining to them the requirement for an online company to earn loyalty from their customers (as other companies successfully do ie Ezibuy). They were apologetic. I also had told Cudo the aluminium product is dangerous with very sharp edges and on taking them out of the cardboard on delivery I scratched the back of my hand and have a bad scar running the full length of my hand to this day. So anyone receiving this product be extremely careful as the edges are like razorblades. I still have the pictures and have no idea how to get rid of them safely. They are too ugly for the wall and too large to put in a bin plus they would be dangerous to anyone else handling them. Good luck to you all. I have learnt from this & will never purchase through Cudo, Groupon etc again. Seems shareholders are on the run too with Groupon shares in a major fall.
