Bad customer service – I wanted to buy my camera in a store, not online and knew some people that bought from dirt cheap cameras. the prices are good, the trouble starts when the camera turns out to be faulty. zero help or service and so rude, the guy just didnt care. I ended up going to Teds for advice who were 100 times more helpful and I didnt even spend any money there. price terrible service, bad attitude
