Scam company order number #23120 over $400 – never answer the message and no refund no send item totally scam !! tomorrow I'm going to report cyberpolice NSW as well please send me message and report all together also report local new paper companies as well!! Too many people in here lost money

Shameful scam - now with NSW Fair Trading, Scamwatch and Police – These guys had the nerve to say that they would refund me, which never came in more than 2 months waiting (order 22936). I contacted my bank, with their email saying they would refund me, and the bank said they had not authorized the transfer of money! What a scam. Case is now being investigated by NSW Fair Trading, Scamwatch and Police. I might never get the money back, but hopefully these scammers won't do it again to anyone else.

june) they emailed to say they had the stock and were about to post, and asked if still wanted to cancel. Anxiously I requested to go ahead with the transaction. I received tracking confirmation within hours. My goods arrived on Friday (July 1st). The items I received are brand new and genuine.

Beyond perfect! – Easy to order online. But the communication via email and organising delivery with the sales rep was beyond perfection. Thank you so very much. Potential Scam site reported to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading – Took money for goods marketed as in stock in July, sent me a notice indicating goods being prepared for despatch but were never sent. Despite seven (7) follow up requests by me since then to two contact they emails (sales and "customer care") no response. Have asked for a refund, no response. domain name (BOOKTOPIA PTY LTD), and also the shopping cart used (Shopify).

I have just lodged a complaint with Shopify, asking them to take the site down due to it's fraudulent nature, and will be contacting the domain name provider asking them to do the same. I also will lodge a complaint with Fair Trading NSW, and will contact ASIC asking them to de-register ALL the similar companies she has registered, on the basis that they are being used for fraudulent purposes. I also have a few other tricks up my sleeve if these approaches dont work

Ordered film in July and it never arrived – Ordered some film online. Got a confirmation email but no further communications from the company. I have sent numerous emails which they have not responded to. Very disappointing.

Thieving scumbags, fraudulent scammers – Easy website to navigate for products you will pay for but not receive. Extremely unhappy and am doing everything I can in my spare time to warn others not to be scammed as many others have before me.

Don't buy from this company – Ordered an item from DC Cameras one month ago, and have been trying to follow up with them ever since without a response, or delivery of the ordered item. Requested a refund and no response. Like many who have experienced the same. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shockingly terrible service - will never ever buy from again! Got refund via credit card – I ordered a DJI Mini 3 Pro from DC 19 June 2022. Delivery was meant to be 30 June. It was then bumped to mid July and the subsequently till the end of August. On 5 Sep I accepted their refund offer as I was able to get the drone from Jb hifi. No reply from DC despite multiple emails. 23 Sep I emailed DC saying I was contacting NSW Dept of Fair Trading. 2 hours later I receive an email advice saying the product has now shipped. UNBELIEVABLE!!! This has been the absolute worst experience by far I had with any camera retailer! PS Long story short - NSW Fair Trade couldn't get in contact so I got in contact with my credit card company. They pursued DC and gave me a refund. Good luck

No product, no communication no refund – Purchased two mobile phone covers (order 22808) on Aug 3 has not arrived more than 6 weeks later. Have emailed x 5, called, tried the chat line on many occasions. Now, reading all of these reviews makes me think I should have done my homework on this “company”. Disappointing ! I see now that they have no intention of supplying goods you've paid for – Ordered Ricoh CA-1 remote cable release for $74.07 #order 22933 on 21/07. Received an email saying "Thanks for your order blah blah good being packed and will advise tracking number" then silence. More silence to 3 of my emails asking where the goods are... Don't buy from these people. They just take your money, don't deliver anything and just ignore complaints until you give up !
