Very bad, terrible service, avoid it! – The guys in the Sydney shop just don't care. You enter there, ask for information on the goods, and they do no bother to reply. They are very rude. I bought a Pentax that was faulty> no help from them. I was going to buy a backpack, and they didn't even let me look at the ones on display. The front man is terrible, very, very unprofessional and rude. These guys do not understand how to do business. Go somewhere else - their prices are not the best either (in George st or Market st I found much better deals).
