Poor washing machine – The machine was ok, the washing quality was between low to average... after two years it has now stop functioning...when i turn it on, it takes water however it doesn't spin.. it is sitting like a dead pie.. i have spent around $200 after technicians but they are clue less.. they asked me to change the display circuit which will cost around $500 plus GSP plus fittings etc... dont know what to do... do not buy any electrolux products... Look Not functioning, no error code, bad washing quality

I have stopped buying any products from Electrolux and also insist my friends not to buy... I have manged to sold the machine to someone in $50.. dont know whether it is still working or not.. i managed to opened it to check the belt, circuit etc (even though it took me few hours to dismantle) but no luck.. no error code... I have Samsung washing machine now which is fabulous... if you like to compensate, please email me on bhavinnet @ hotmail.com
denleparain this is the standard message from Maria M from Electrolux. once you send them a reply, they will ask for the warranty and the warranty has finished few months back. All problem starts after the warranty period. I have contacted Electrolux when i had this problem and they said, there will be $85 service call charge and there after charges for any parts replacements...
to be honest, dont buy this product. you will be annoyed for sure.. i have spend $75 to call external plumber to findout the problem, but he wasnt sure what was the problem..
