Love my washer! – I have a 7kg front loader of this model its brilliant , I always have preffered the front loaders they wash better and save on money with water usage. I do not get suds left in the bottom like I do with top loaders. Water savings is great on this and it has been reliable for me all along, reccomended to anyone I know Water Usage
