Had an issue and support solved it

Had ours for 10 years, hasnt missed a beat.
WM7Bought this 10 years ago, and it hasnt even caused an issue.
The body is starting to rust, so if Euromaid have any spare bodies or if anyone has a faulty one, i could swap over all the bits from ours into it.
My only grip with it is that once the water is drained, it waits (for no reason) 3 minutes to unlock the door?
Why?
Can euromaid also comment on the changes between this one and the wm7pro?

Do not waste your money.
WM7PROI’ve had this machine for 3 years. I have already had to have the pump replaced. The front and sides are rusting - I have never owned such a poorly produced machine. Previous machines have all lasted at least 10+ years and never had any rust. Very disappointing.

Clothes still dripping wet at end of cycle.
WM7Have to separate into 2 smaller loads but this is not solving the problem either, as washing machine not overloaded to start with. No pump obstruction as I have unscrewed & checked this

It has been an amazing washing machine, not even 1 part replaced.
It has been relocated interstate by removalists and also locally 5 times. So it has survived some light bumps here and there. 10/10. I don't know if they make them this good anymore

Won’t wash properly
WM5Washing machine acts like it’s going to wash clothing then stops and drains little bit of water nothing goes into the drum, drains and spins perfectly. Mw5 model why is this happening?? What’s the solution… machine is 5 years old only owner
Mine rusted at bottom corner of detergent drawer after three years
WM5PRORusty cabinet and when I contacted them they wanted to send a technician out despite sending them clear pictures of the deep rust. They said if it was not found to be a manufacturing fault I would have to pay $195. Well all evidence of the issue was rusted away.
Was so difficult to get in contact with the person responsible. The machine itself has been good but the after sales and longevity is very poor. Do not recommend

Leaking at the bottom of the washing machine
WM7PROHi I purchased this from appliance online it is going to 2 years now and it's still under warranty. This washing is leaking water under the bottom of the floor and leave the floor soaking. I tried to call Dimplex Australia and no one answer the call. It's not good not happy about this purchase from appliance online. Purchased it for $358.00

Won’t go past the wash cycle
WM7PROMy washer is 12 months old and all of a sudden it gets stuck in the wash cycle and won’t rinse, drain or spin. I’ve done everything possible to rest etc. but the problem is still there. I’ve tried to contact Euromaid via several different channels and can’t get through. Incredibly frustrating when the only way to get the water out of the washer is to open the cap and that bottom of the machine and let the water flood out all over the house. having a families washing to get through with no solution as you can’t contact the manufacturer is also very Very disappointing!

WM7Has a 39min short wash that cleans amazingly. The machine is easy to clean, accessing the filter is eas.
It has a number of cleaning ideas you turn with a know. If you need one for dark colours or to heavy duty work clothes. Had no dramas and would reccomend it for a household of 4.

Works well until it doesn’t
WM7I purchased this washing machine in October 2017. There has been a few problems such as water leaking from underneath, the screen glitching frequently and the buttons not working at all. We have been able to fix those. However the latest issue is the bearing. The drum is rumbling and I spoke to spare parts department about fixing this. They advised that it’s too expensive and hard so the washing machine is just broken at four years old. The standard useful life for a washing machine is 10 or so years. I had hoped to get at least five years but you get what you pay for. I’d stay well clear of this brand.

The best washing machine I have ever owned.
WM7It has never skipped a beat in 4 years.....until now! It still works perfectly, but the LCD display has completely disappeared.
Bang per buck confirmed, lasted 6 years no issue ~$75 bucks a year! VALUE!
WM5The un-sung hero, worked day and night washing a family's clothes, never missed a beat, never complained, never caught covid, Energy rating = low/lowest, water rating = low/lowest, washing quality = solid 7/10, but dam out of the recent cr4p in the market, look at the good reviews. If you're thinking about it, just do it, pull the trigger!!

Euro Maid Washing Machine
WM7Had a top loader euromaid bearing went at just over two years dimplex who do their warranty work insisted it had to be replaced with a front loader. All went well for seven months noticed seal had spit at bottom and leaking water. Please note on this model seal is very thin .Contacted dimplex and sent a photo . They replied seal had been damaged by contact with something .There fore not covered by warranty. The seals only contact was normal clothing being put in and out and end of cycle. Machine not fit for purpose
Repair guy said it was our fault told give to get out .He came back 3 minutes later said ok we will fix it

Hi, I accidentally overfilled my washing machine and ran the load. However it did not spin the load. I have unplugged from the wall, clicked the 3 sec reset and ran another cycle however it is still not spinning… help
Hi Bronte, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear the machine is not spinning. Most likely the machine is not balanced and this has stopped the drum for spinning. If you can drain the water and check the load it should restart as per normal. Thanks

Hello I bought my WM7pro in May 2021. It is no longer spinning my clothes as well as it did. There was also a squeaking sound for a while. Can I fix this myself - unfortunately just outside the 2 year warranty! kind regards Karen
