Wonderful service – I broke 2 bones in my leg and dislocated my ankle when slipping on the hotel bathroom floor. I spent 8 days in hospital where my leg was operated on and the cost of this was completely covered as well as the flight back to Australia in Business Class.

Ouchies! It's definitely not ideal to spend a good portion of your holiday recovering in hospital, but I'm glad we were at least able to help out by covering your medical bills and bring you home to Australia comfortably.
