Cheated, Defrauded,Robbed!!!! – We are Pensioners who have Special Needs. Young inexperienced Flight Centre Person who tells lies to keep her job at our expense. Booked a Cruise for 3 Adults, special requests for no Bunks.We got the smallest Cabin with a Bunk. Did not go on 11 night cruise, it would have been a Nightmare. The Cabin was so small and cramped for three adults. Now the young Flight Centre Employee denys we had special requests for no Bunks. I have the request in writing and they will not refund of over $4,400.oo.

Flight centre failed us the elderly but they take our money. Shame shame

Don't trust them they are not worth the paper or their commercials.
