Very Poor Customer Service – I ordered the Lacie Thunderbolt Little Big Disk 1tb. Unfortunately I didn't realize this was not compatible with Windows. I called within minutes and was advised to write an email.

They refused to allow even an exchange of the product (let alone refund), so am now stuck with this.

They even said that Lacie (the manufacturer), did not approve the return.

They were willing though to take it back and give me only 75% of the purchase price!

Bad return service. Do your homework!!!
