selling out everywhere). I have emailed them twice and tried to call them multiple times. No human person replies to emails - just a generic "backordered" response. No one ever answers their phone number - just a bot picks up and tells you to email them. But what's the use of emailing them when they will not reply properly to emails?? I have told them if they don't promptly reply to my emails within the next 24 hours that I will be escalating to chargeback! *Update - interestingly the day after this review went live I was contacted by a person and had proper email communication with them. I requested my money back and this is now in process. I still recommend proceeding with caution. Their default communication system is insufficient and I told them as much in my email to them*

orders and if they do, they are stale / static responses. On tops, number listed is never answered and they ask you to fill up a online customer form, well why have the phone number in the first place. Sort of website they stood up also tells you bit about the company and their work ethics too.

If you want to waste your time/money then deal with this company. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Happy with my purchase experience. The Simplecom Powered 10 port hub is working great. Also the main reason why I check you guys out is because often you have lower prices for same items than competitors and your shipping charges are still reasonable. Thanks

This is what i have got after payment for 32 GB Ram. I am disappointed by how even they are doing business. "Your order #10189**** has been updated to: Backorder. Dear customer, we’re sorry to advise that your ordered item is sold out with no firm ETA. Please advise if you wish to change to something else or cancel for full refund. We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience." Money is refunded, but wasted time and risking money for nothing.

Many times they have not only competitive prices, but availabilities others do not offer. Communication is excellent even for goods on backorder. After a battle of 12 months, yes 12 months they finally exchanged a $560 battery that kept going into sleep mode. The battery was sent back twice, and I was told it was 100%, Sleep mode at 40% charge every time. rubbish to (Sleep mode once again) as I had to buy another Kings battery (Run`s everything none stop and never below 60% charge even after 3 days of overcast weather $260 which outperforms the rubbish itech are selling. I purchased the full solar system from them for the camper but somehow they still tried to blame me. I for one will NEVER deal with them again.

We resolved a back order stock issue with store credit and a refund. I'm actually much happier with the Solid State HDD I ended up with... than I would have been with the Samsung. Been using iTech for many years!

out a brand-new, unopened product can not be returned for a refund. A total runaround and they have policies that aren't listed on anywhere on their website. These people obviously don't know a thing about customer service the way they dealt with me, taking weeks to respond. If you can find the product elsewhere, you should buy it from a reputable store that understands how customer service is done. Clearly, these guys won't be around much longer.

the product is discontinued but the company doesn't contact you, you HAVE to contact them to find this out AND then ask for a refund. They answer emails at 9pm at night!! Wicked.
