Dear customer, we’re sorry to advise that your ordered item is sold out with no firm ETA. Please advise if you wish to change to something else or cancel for full refund. refund & which is not the experience felt during purchase

Management has no willingness to be reasonable (which is the perfect summary of my feedback update) Need I say much more about this particular warranty experience.

My advice to any prospective buyer seeking to do business from this store is be some what aware of how they have reacted (acted) throughout my experience ( processing my warranty) because * if you go directly to the manufacturer without itech knowing for any warranty matter It’s likely itech might provide you the same type knee jerk treatment (an experience one like no other) especially when it’s likely the goods your buying may need its warranty activated or in any case it being a long Ecoflow warranty lasting five years. Please note: i did not think approaching the manufacturer without involving the seller could spark such arrogance and I should add I did not do this purposefully.

Mind you this is not the first Ecoflow power station I’ve owned and since 2020 I have always been instructed to engage with Ecoflow support directly and this includes 24/7 advice & troubleshooting and or when there might be faults and if going to the manufacturer was such a no no then I’m sure Ecoflow would have not arranged collection OR processed the warranty claims (they do not advise you to return to the seller)

And, to add weight, Googling this presented me with conflicting responses (yes you can approach the manufacturer & No. it’s better to go back to the seller who it is his responsibility. But I only discovered this being an issue after the fact.

If I had chosen a more reputable seller like Ecoflow directly then I would not be dealing with the arrogance of this company which according to AI has an unsettling track record at keeping its customers happy.

Firstly the online warranty form at itech failed to send (huge red flag) as they do specifically request this be done that way (straight away you’ll be off to a bad start)

Ecoflow (who is the manufacturer in this case) firmly advised me to contact seller for my preferred refund * yet, the seller seems to playing me for a fool.

Admittedly I approached Ecoflow the manufacturer two- three years prior (did not bother seller when activating warranty back then OR recently) in doing so I saved the seller a costly dangerous goods truck by approaching manufacturer (directly) and due to the fact the manufacturer replaced the power station for new one in 2023 with new unit/serial number I understand (now) that I should have contacted the seller to alert them because recently (a year or so later after the replacement was authorised) the unit went back to manufacturer for warranty repair and soon afterwards the manufacturer alerts me to a fault that could not be repaired (they advised me to obtain my entitled refund from seller) but itech has created a hold up (purely as it seems) as some type payback response for going to the manufacturer * without his knowledge regarding my warranty refund * pulling a rabbit out of a hat to suggest the serial number they have on file is not matching the serial number I have recently sent them & continues to plead ignorance to any past warranty replacement units from the manufacturer (sporting a new serial number)

Moreover, the seller refuses to disclose the entire serial number after requesting this (to check things myself) only advising me it ends with 61 (which matches the original serial number I’ve supplied itech) & so at least it appears (I’m wise enough to see) they do not go about adjusting internal paperwork to suggest some other serial number (thank god) this certainly had crossed my mind prior to the sellers reluctance to supply just two digits of the serial number

And if you buy or am waiting for a pending purchase from these guys then for gods sake demand a copy of any serial numbers prior to delivery because after this experience and way this business handled this it certainly allowed my imagination run wild to the more sinister possibilities

A pure example of the attitude and little ability to be reasonable is *!they will not contact the manufacturer to have them ‘track’ the original serial number to clarify (either) as I have repeatedly advised. OR bother to contact the manufacturer of which I had provided direct access to the manufacturers warranty case number and asked if they’d clarify things with the manufacturer (I mean it only helps to legitimately verify things should the seller seek to confirm things)

Honestly you’d think with a customer who once left 5 star feedback (considering a lot did not) this company would see that as a means of remaining more positive but my guess they simply don’t care if the experience affects any future sales with that same customer *with no willingness to be reasonable.

Look honestly, for the price (you get exactly what you need) but be patient (to get prices like this no other competitor can go close to matching) don’t get upset should the estimated ETA blow out to the longer period 2-4 weeks. Mine arrived 4 weeks to the day it was purchased. Itech do send email updates and almost as instant as the purchase being made and it was nice to get these almost on a daily (reassurance) basis.

Don’t get upset with the telephone customer service option either (is say itech will soon have that option to contact them fixed at some point) and so if you want to save serious dollars (truely) don’t pass itech (same expensive item for nearly $1000.00AUD less than any EcoFlow retailer options (inevitably, if you do the maths) you do not save buying this gear from a usual shop (unless it’s from itech) because (I found) * just to have the convenience of having stock ‘ready to go’ WILL COST YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAVE (if you want the product without the wait then pay the nearly $1000.00 usual retailers charge (yet are never able to beat itech’s prices) SAVE SAVE SAVE BUY FROM ITECH

Also (tip) by not using your Paypal & utilising the bank method of transfer (SAVE more again at checkout!)

It’s another saving on top of the blistering low price (RE EcoFlow Delta pro) & who could argue with the very low postage fee and professional delivery company itech do select to use (be prepared to have a trolly and assist delivery staff when your purchase arrives)

website was straight forward and I was even offered free delivery. Usually delivery is a few business days but because of the pandemic I received the mouse about a week after ordering. The item was fully tracked so I could watch progress. The delay was not i-Tech's fault but due to an overloaded postal service. When delivered, the package was very well wrapped, double boxed and in thick bubble wrap. The mouse was undamaged and in perfect working order. It is far better than my previous mouse and I am very happy with the product so far. Thank you i-Tech for efficiently solving my nagging mouse problem. I will purchase from you again.

After a battle of 12 months, yes 12 months they finally exchanged a $560 battery that kept going into sleep mode. rubbish to (Sleep mode once again) as I had to buy another Kings battery (Run`s everything none stop and never below 60% charge even after 3 days of overcast weather $260 which outperforms the rubbish itech are selling. out a brand-new, unopened product can not be returned for a refund. A total runaround and they have policies that aren't listed on anywhere on their website. These people obviously don't know a thing about customer service the way they dealt with me, taking weeks to respond. If you can find the product elsewhere, you should buy it from a reputable store that understands how customer service is done. Clearly, these guys won't be around much longer.

Worked well enough – They seemed to be a little flimsy in construction. Not as rugged as other lights.They did, however, work as intended and they well served the purpose for which they were bought.
