Lower if I could! – After two weeks of loving my TB it broke down....lots of noise, but no spinning blades...would shut itself off intermittently....overloaded on very few ingredients...sizzled when turned on. Very disappointing....if they fixed the issues it would be good value for money. On one Facebook recipe sharing site it appears 50% of those on the site have had to return the.... Very poor quality control.... When it worked well, it could do anything! Too many issues to count. Broke down, sent back after two weeks.
Mine is just fantastic - I've been cooking all my life now 70 - batched till I got married first time at 49 - wished I had one then I could have had more time to chase more beautiful women !!!! had it 3 months and works perfectly besides delivery box is so robust I could send it back 20 times if necessary under warrantee - best invention ever - last nite I put can of mexican beans with equal quantitiy of pork stock, fresh jalopeno peppper and cilantro white wine for 5 minutes and then added cubed roast pork at end - bloody fantastic result
Incorrect statistic about 50% of FB users machines breaking down. Please be careful when citing statistics that you have your facts correct first.
Can it grind?
Yes, be careful with statistics!! I heard that 87.3% of stats are just made up and 85% of drivers think they are better than average.
I've had two break down so far :(
Just to clarify, 1 smoked dangerously and one kept 'overloading' making it impossible to fully cook food and then you can't turn it on again for an hour. All food attempted in it was well within weight and size limits, individually and in sum. I do think this machine has promise if I could just be one of the lucky ones and get a good one :)
My statistics state clearly where they are from and the numbers are backed by evidence of those who responded.
No, you say "it appears.." this is not evidence nor correct statistics...

You must have just a bad one. I've got my TB for over 7 weeks, use it everyday, sometimes 3 times a day. Works perfect, never had any problems. But you have to stick to the users manual as well. When not reading and following the manual, that is when you get problems and that is why a lot of TB broke down in the first few weeks. TB is much better then the Bellini, one after the other breaks down and they are much more expensive then the TB. I am happy with it ;-)
