Incompetent, no communication and no delivery! – Don't rubbish Auspost until you've tried MeeMeep, this business is terrible, the worst couriers I have ever used, it's "in transit" apparently, plenty of time to make my delivery yet the driver was stationary at Hoppers Crossing for about four hours from about 12.00pm until the end of the working day, half the day to get from Hoppers to Essendon North and they couldn't make it. It's a thirty minute drive and it wasn't peak hour traffic, yes they have an online tracker, so I could see the driver was stopped for half the day.

I used their online Customer Service to ask why he was stopped for the day, they were no use at all, they told me to ring the driver, naturally it went to voicemail, I left a message, he never returned my call of course. Give me Auspost any day, unfortunately I didn't get the option to choose Auspost at checkout.

I had this incompetent courier company thrust upon me, never again, if any online business forces MeeMeep on me again they will not get my order! MeeMeep's time is much more important than your's apparently...they can't give you any idea of when your order will be delivered or where the driver is, or why he has stopped working in the middle of the day. So it looks like I'll be wasting another day waiting for the MeeMeep courier...

I just spoke to Kogan, they have had quite a number of complaints about MeepMeep.com, so many complaints that they will be reviewing the business relationship they have with MeeMeep.com in the future, apparently they were only used for this Xmas period, hopefully Kogan will cease to use these incompetent fools meemeep in the future!

I rang Kogan because I am planning on ordering something and wanted to know if they use meemeep before I ordered, if they did use meemeep, obviously any sane person would cancel the order... Apparently Kogan have only been using meemeep to deliver bigger items, like air-cons, big TVs etc.

If you don't want delivery by meemeep.com, let Kogan know this at checkout or contact them beforehand, it will save a lot of meemeep headaches, excuses, lack of contact, incompetent staff, unprofessional drivers, (CEOs who spend most of their working day sending cases of wine to their mates, true story), while you're still waiting for your order etc. etc. Kogan are getting sick of the MeeMeep complaints as well apparently!

If you order from KMart, tell them to send with Australia Post, they are happy to do that as I found out after my horrid experience with meemeep. You will need to make it clear when you place your order, from memory there's a comment section at checkout, or ring them!
