What happened to Meemeep? – I was a mover for over 3 years doing well over 200 jobs for this company earning them lots of commisson then they suddenly disappear without trace with all my 5 star reviews & personal details on file and no notice or advice given whatsoever....not good enough. Incompetent and incapable – I wanted a 65 inch TV moved and received a quote from MeeMeep. They were useless. No reply to emails. Had no idea about what to do.The store advised me that no one even attempted to pick up the TV. I lost ten days waiting for them to do their job before I terminated. I Lodged a complaint and waited over a week for a refund. Would not use or recommend again. Show details
How is this business still operating? – By far the worst courier service I've ever encountered. courier service makes Kmart look terrible. Kmart has had to refund us the cost for this courier service and has had to escalate our issue to management - they're essentially losing money, exhausting resources and damaging their reputation by allowing MeeMeep to facilitate their deliveries.
Beware of them. They owe money! – Beware of them and there owner Rob Emmett! He owes us money and not returning calls. We worked so hard for him and his Compnay . They made up some story that we stole a item. Very very in low blow, as we worked so so so hard for them. So be very careful working for them as they don't pay there bills. Show details

Pick up and deliver from GRAYS Auctions in Bribane – air cond units were picked up with difficulty from GRAYS , couldn't find the consignment.!!??? Chris found and loaded units then delivered them to me on BRIBIE Island with all promptness he could - he unloaded and put units where asked - really nice and efficient. Show details
Item out for delivery - doesn't get delivered – The item was picked up from Kmart and I received an email adivising it was out for delivery. 48 hours later no sign of delivery. Their online tracking system is useless and doesn't really give any meaningful information. My advice don't shop at KMART and expect the item to be DELIVERED. Show details

Great communication! – I recently had an online delivery from MeeMeep. I shop online lots but I hadn't heard of these guys before and was unsure. But the communication from the driver and the tracking of the delivery on my iPhone were better than I've experienced anywhere! I loved being able to rate the driver too! think the fact that users get to rate drivers - and vice versa! - means that it's a fair and transparent system with no surprises & that's important to me. Would definitely recommend them!

Gives great access to otherwise unavailable bargains – Simple, easy system that puts you directly in contact with the freight forwarded of your choice. Everything online and no messy payment optiions, simply pay by PayPal on conclusion ( delivery ) and everyone is a winner. Show reply

Quick Delivery – Was quoted twice the price from larger transport companies. MeeMeep was quick, simple and the independent driver was happy to arrange whatever needed to be done for the pick up....will definitely use them again and avoid the larger companies who just don't care. Show reply

Exceptional! – I do a lot of online shopping and my experience with MeeMeep was the absolute best! My delivery was on time- I was able to track it, received a text to confirm I would be home, another text to confirm the delivery time- extraordinary communication and service in an industry awash with amateurs that have caused me endless frustration. Miscommunication and Delays – Not sure what happened, but my order which was supposed to be 1-3 business days ended up taking over a week. Customer support was considerate and apologetic, but when they went to fix the problem they would say that the driver should contact me, which never happened. I believe there was miscommunication between the team and the drivers, causing the long delay.

Great service. Driver contact needs to be in an agreement and managed a lot better by Mee Meep. Bad! – Driver was difficult to contact although actual MeeMeep customer service was excellent. They are hamstrung by the drivers taking their time and contacting when and how they want i.e. both the seller and I had the driver unexpectedly turn up for/with the item with zero customer service around pick up or delivery very poor communicating drivers. actual drivers customer service was poor and from the moment you begin a consignment you are in contact with the driver only. The MeeMeep customer service will have as much of a chance as you of getting a response from the driver. For the cost of $250 i brought 6 chairs from Syd to Melb so I can't complain, you get what you pay for.
Three weeks... and waiting – I have a delivery from MeeMeep that was ordered on the 16th of January for a portable AC. Driver called and said that he was right in front of my place when he should have called an hour in advance. He said that a delivery will be rescheduled but it has been 3 weeks. delivery manager" and "I will get hold of the operations manager", for over two weeks. They must have reached the Pope the amount of "escalations" done till this date.
Just received a call from their call centre asking me if I have received the delivery and if I was happy with it.

Delivered to my neighbour's house! – Very poor company, really wish Kmart would stop using them as I've had nothing but issues with them. On both occasions, deliveries have been delayed as the courier originally assigned to the job has gone AWOL and not completed the delivery, which has then been reassigned. Luckily I saw all my items sitting on their doorstep when I arrived home. Will definitely think twice about making any further orders with Kmart while they continue to use this unprofessional company
