Worst shipment record of any company I have dealt with – Don't even bother to contact customer support. The copy & paste answers will always be the same and none of them actually has a clue what is going on. They have no idea what is happening and don't even have access to the warehouse. This is the second time the exact same thing has happened - I can't believe I have been that stupid to try a second time - there will not be a third !
Here is what you will hear over & over:

I have contacted your "support" SEVERAL times already. Have requested cancellation of Order #100125031 as after 2 weeks after order you can still not tell me when the item will be shipped. All of the items I ordered showed as "IN STOCK"
Can you please make sure that the refund gets processed. I have received some notice, but only <30% of total. The most expensive item seems to have vanished from refund. :(
