It's called treating the customer with respect and being honest when you can't meet their needs. It's also called learning how to pick up the phone and contacting them when there is a problem and not treating a customer with disrepect and expecting them to chase a supplier when they have paid for something.

Your company is the worst IT business I have ever dealt with and believe me I have dealt with a lot. The rude customer service people and fail to care for their customers and questioning them.

I hope other people decide to vent their frustrations and not use you either as a business.

What a makes a good company is how they deal with customers and problems they may face and treat them with respect.

Obviously a 2 bob company like yours won't exist very long if this is how you do business!!!

They expect you to waste your valuable time chasing them up and have no complaint management process.
