Mwave Australia generally provides a positive online shopping experience characterised by competitive pricing, a broad product range, and fast delivery for in-stock items. However, some users report frustrating delays with order fulfillment, particularly regarding items sourced from suppliers, alongside challenges in communicating with customer support when issues arise. Overall sentiment is mixed, with many customers enjoying seamless transactions while others caution potential buyers about communication hurdles during logistics or warranty disputes.
The Ugreen Power Bank (25000mah) I ordered arrived in just 4 days and is a quality product! It does exactly what I use it for. I can’t recommend MWave enough, great online store and will use again!
Ordering and delivery good. Phone Contact very BAD. In this "Modern Era" there is NO ONE available to speak to, it is not just Mwave the whole planet is Obsessed with the internet and NON human contact. Customer Service is now defined as "NO Contact NO SERVICE" -where will it end - AI will kill all human contact! Show details
Overall I thought the service from Mwave was rather good. A little more flexibility would be appreciated though. I bought an RTX 5070 Ti and it arrived in good time. However, I later received advice that the card might not be powerful enough for what I needed it for (MSFS 2020/2024). I looked into whether Mwave would do a swap for an RTX 5080, but… Read more
I couldn’t find any reference to this under their return/exchange policy. I’ve now opened the box and don’t feel right returning it. If the box was still unopened I would certainly have entertained the idea of swapping it for a more powerful card. I enjoy my flight simming, but as it stands I’m still happy with the purchase.

Quality good, but two separate delivers for two products is annoying. In addition, I received a cable that was NOT HDMI, luckily, I had one lying around Show details

Long term customer – The company has been an absolute dream to work with. More than ten years of of computers, from personal to machines to support my fledgling business have been purchased through this company. They’ve never missed a beat, have been proactive in cancelling items that were unnecessary for the builds, and have always had the best interest of the buyer at heart. Looking forward to continuing a long and fruitful customer relationship with this company! Show details
honestly, Mwave suck. Like actually sucks. It took me 2 WEEKS and my order was still in processing. At the start of the 2nd week I sent message about it and they said they would send it to the warehouse as an urgent request. The end of the 2nd week and NOTHING has happened.
Ordered one of their back up drives. Looks the part (LaCie) alongside my new MacBook Air. Solid construction but portable and good price. Service and delivery excellent. Can’t wait to try it .. Show details
I purchased a CPU bracket kit Online. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive which is an absolute joke. I then received an automated email to place a review which I did, and stated exactly what I've write here, and then I got an email a few days later that the review was removed LOL. So do they just pick and choose what reviews to publish so they look all great? Buyers be ware. Show details
Competitive pricing and extremely well packaged with prompt delivery of my Unifi gear. All in original packaging and exactly what I’ve ordered. Currently bench testing and configuring the Unifi equipment prior to installing at our new home. Show details
Product: MSI MPG 274URF QD ($799) Experience: My monitor suffered a catastrophic failure—it made a loud tick, started smoking, and the right panel died. Mwave's tech team confirmed the fault, but management actively tried to dodge their legal obligations. Under the ACL, a major failure means the customer chooses a refund or replacement. Mwave… Read more
tried to deny the refund, telling me to go to the manufacturer instead. I had to fight them, explicitly cite the law, and threaten escalation to NSW Fair Trading just to get them to process the refund, which they still dragged their feet on. Be prepared for a massive headache if you ever need to use a warranty with them. Do not let them push you around.
I needed a new monitor for working from home and found the perfect set up! I found a 34" ultra wide screen with 50% off, specifications described clearly on the website, shipping was affordable and fast, and having been to stores in Sydney it was nice to have access to the range and service now that I'm in regional QLD. One large monitor to hook… Read more
up to my work laptop saved so much money compared to two monitors and a docking station. Thanks guys for your amazing service!
I placed an order on 30/11/25 for over $1,000 worth of monitors. Since that day, the order has sat in "Processing" with absolutely no movement. I have reached out via their support ticket system and messages multiple times, but I am being completely ignored. There is no transparency, no proactive communication, and currently, no way to get my… Read more
money back through their internal channels. It is unacceptable for a major retailer to hold a four-figure sum of a customer's money for weeks without a single update or a path to a refund. At this point, it feels like my money has disappeared into a void. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering to look elsewhere—don't risk your money here until they prove they can actually fulfill orders and respond to customers.

Shopping for a new 5080 tuf card so I crossed references all the retail online stores and mwave has a $ 500 mark up on this item. These items are available from many other retailers and are in stock.Talk about price gauging and dirty business practices.I will never now or ever purchase another item from this place.Buyer beware and do some research before giving away your hard earned cash. Good deals and discounts with misleading website information. Items will feature the free shipping marker for less that $250 ($199) but is only free shipping if you pay more than $250 order. Summitted a different order and held off paying to find out what was wrong but since the reply was the next day and prices went up they could not honor the… Read more
price difference. I was told it's only a minor difference in price (approx $50) on a sub $2k order so just pay it and I would receive some in store credit ($40) which has to be used within 180 days. Over an hour on the phone over the tickets raised and not answered well.
So after ten years of being a customer where I purchased my first brand new pc I put together, it's too bad so sad. They sure as (insert language here) an't going to be selling me any more nor will the business I work for be buying any more for them. Inflexible is a strange hill to die on for $50.
I don’t normally write poor reviews. But the experience was so bad. I need to share. I ordered a Asus Rog Nuc pc 15 recently. The specs online at Mwave’s website stated it has RTX5070ti gpu and 2tb ssd storage. It also has an estimated 1-3 days delivery. It took 10 days for the pc to arrive. But the pc delivered doesn’t have RTX 5070ti gpu.… Read more
Instead it has only rtx5070. A much cheaper and slower gpu. And the storage is 1 tb not 2 tb as stated. And what’s worse is their customer service or zero service. I called and messaged. After many days, I got a reply that I need to bring it back for warranty return. They acknowledged that the specs at their website is wrong. The pc was not as described. Most importantly, I told them I haven’t even open the box. It’s in the same condition as they sent. The specs is printed on the outside label and it doesn’t match the spec on their website. I just don’t understand why it’s my responsibility to bring it back. They should send me a return label or get it picked up. Any proper company will at least pay the return postage if they deliver the wrong item. But, Mwave is a con. Even I told them the spec are wrong on their website and their service department admitted. They are still selling the same Rog nuc 15 mini pc with the false specs. So, be aware. It will be a terrible experience if you buy from them.

Run away now. From bad to worse. Almost a month later and still no product – Product stated in-stock when it wasn't. Delivery times inaccurate which included lies. Almost a month waiting for this item. Customer service appears non-existent. Regret. Run away! Show details
Follow-up · I received my product approx 5 weeks after ordering. Happy with the product. No comms from Mwave regarding the delay. Low prices without service, I'd rather pay more and trust the seller. For me, there are too many scams out there. I'll not buy from Mwave again.
Ordered a great 4K gaming monitor and it arrived 24 hours later. Great product and excellent price and service Show details
Follow-up · Sturdily packed for delivery. Setup is as easy as plugging it in. It came with a variety of cables to enable the new user to select the most modern and fast Cable connection
Product was not as good as it is described and no returns accepted. I don’t recommend the product to be bought by others. Show details
Follow-up · You can only raise the issue/refund online and customer service (warranty claim) is poor and taking too long to respond and resolve a simple issue.

Positive reviews
Arrived quickly. Unfortunately the box doesn't include an instruction manual. I was able to get one online. As these are my first earbuds I required the instruction manual. Otherwise, happy so far. Show details
Product comparison, ordering and delivery setup were easy steps to complete for my recent purchases. 2 items from different warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne came together as a single delivery a day earlier than expected. Products were well packaged and handled. Very happy with the experience. Show details
The store has a great selection, prices are competitive, and they have been helpful when calling and needing assistance. AusPost can be questionable with delivery times though. Show details
Negative reviews
I paid for my kaspersky premium license key but no email has been received with the relevant details. I’ve raised 4 tickets but no one has replied back to me even after saying I was going to my bank to initiate a charge back for my purchase that hasn’t been sent.
Ordered two monitors, neither I or the courier (who I called) recieved them, could not communicate with Mwave through phone or tickets, refunded via bank payment dispute. Show details
I placed an order on 13 May 2026 and did not receive it until 4 August 2026, almost three months later. While delays can happen, the real issue was Mwave's complete lack of communication and accountability throughout the process between their customer service team and operations. I had to repeatedly chase updates via lodged tickets and multiple… Read more
phone calls, often receiving no response, or waiting for one for weeks at a time. On multiple occasions I was told the matter had been escalated or that dispatch was imminent, only for nothing to happen.
Throughout the process I was given conflicting information about the status of my order. At one point, Mwave advised they could not locate part of the order in their warehouse and offered a full refund while still supplying the goods. Despite this promise, I am still having to chase the refund separately.
Over the course of the order I lodged numerous complaints, sent multiple follow-up messages and even requested management escalation due to the lack of progress and communication. Most updates only came after I contacted them first.
The order was eventually delivered, but only after approximately 83 days of delays, unanswered enquiries and broken commitments. The experience left me with very little confidence in Mwave's customer service, warehouse processes or ability to handle issues when things go wrong.
I've been a customer previously, but unfortunately this was by far the worst retail experience I have had with any company. I cannot recommend Mwave based on this experience and would suggest to anyone looking to purchase from them, to look at alternative options.

Sent the wrong item and refuse to offer a replacement. They even told me I had been sent the correct item when it is in fact a completely different colour to the listing photo. Support is useless and do not offer any meaningful help. They have a turnaround time of 5 business days for a basic response. Have accepted the fact they won't do anything about it to fix it. Stay away.
Bought an msi monitor 4 years ago for $740, the backlight failed, major fault on this monitor consistant with others online, msi said warranty has expired and the price to fix is similar to the cost of the monitor, i contacted mwave they have now launched a ticked with msi and now am in the infinite swap responsibility loop, takes about a week to get a nothing run about response.
