MSI MAG B760 TOMAHAWK Motherboard for a new gaming rig - worked great!
Online StoreThis will be the second MSI motherboard I have had, like the first this one suited my needs perfectly. I had no issues with set up and everything has worked from setup. I really like the inclusion of wifi on the board and the 4 m.2 slots provide great flexibility. The MSI software is as straightforward as any other motherboard software too which is a plus.
The Mwave service was swift and effective too, getting the board out to me in a few days.
Summary: if you are looking for a cost effective board that gives you more modern features (ddr5 compatability, latest intel chipset, lots of m.2 space) - look no further!

Online StoreBought a MSI B650 Tomahawk motherboard with them. they process it fast and good price as well. Collection is fast and easy with a lot parking onsite.
And the motherboard was designed so well that easy to connect and very stable, has been keeping it running for few days and no issue. That MSI center is the one spot to go to your preferred user settings, including gaming, streaming or just daily use.
MSI also did a good job on putting 4 debug LEDs on the board, so if things goes wrong it's gonna save a lot of time for rectification.
Anyway, 10/10 to this product.
Paid for a brand new TV which turned out to be a used one
Online StoreI purchased a TV through the online shop which turned up after 10 days.
The tv I purchased was supposed to be new.
The TV box was water damaged, it had a sticker saying: Clearance, Not tested, No PSU/Manual.
The TV wasn't new, no remote controller, no power cord, no manual.
Very bad experience so far.
TV returned and after a week no refund yet.

... Read more The team inspects all units for signs of damage in transit. I do believe the water damage was done during transit as we would have noticed the water damage. The customer care from there after sales teams is appalling. 4 weeks spent back and forth trying to get a motherboard working only to be told it is "your fault". Spoke with a manger who was replacing the faulty product only to get a message on there online system saying the only possible option is to now pay for a repair of the product.
Get your act together Mwave, I spent $2500 to get a working PC not to get a faulty product.
I am now left with no choice other than to launch a case with Fair Trading NSW for the breach of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Do not trust MWave with your money!

Mwave Australia Physical StoreI needed a new Desktop Computer dual screen Monitor mine from work 20 years old. I found one I liked at Officeworks but only online, I wanted to physically see it Officeworks were cheapest but my local store NAPF Electronics in Summer Hill also had it. I went to see them today, firstly they said they'd match price, spent ages going through my photos of old set up/cords etc to see if it would all work - advised it would. They then said they would deliver for free next day! Kind, friendly, full of knowledge and great Company - Anyone wishing to purchase any electical product - please investigate and consider!

Online StoreMy purchase, for a fairly commonly available hardware production replacement part, included a [not insignificant amount for shipping].
After 2 weeks I enquired as the status of my order was still showing as [processing], only to be told that the new delivery date had been delayed by 2 months, with no notification to me or information on my order.
The price was slightly higher than competitors, and I didn't mind as being an IT worker, I try to support IT equipment resellers, but it strikes me that MWave is immoral and unethical in their approach to business.
I would consider purchases from eBay as more reliable, than transacting with MWave.

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our suppliers as the ETA's for pre-orders can fluctuate. Usually, we would source from other suppliers, however, all our suppliers have a listed ETA of the 31st of November. Apologies we were unable to get this order out to you in a reasonable time. Online StoreExpect a painful, slow process if you need a warranty replacement/refund. It's now over a month with very poor communication.
I would not recommend MWave. I'm now stuck with no internet in several parts of my office waiting for Mwave's poor customer service...
I'd recommend rather paying more and going elsewhere...

Online StoreThe "express" delivery option to Victoria has been a nightmare. After 4 days of waiting for shipping, they agreed to cancel the backordered items (I got those from their competitor within 24 hours). The shipping company didn't ring the doorbell, and only left a note in my mailbox. It's such a terrible service that they won't try to deliver again until a minimum of 2-3 business days later.
So, I'm still waiting for my stuff on the 8th day after purchasing. Not quite as "express" as one would have thought.
In all fairness, prices can be marginally competitive. But I wouldn't bother with this company again.

We modified the order as requested and shipped the order on the same day. Unfortunately, this was conducted on a Friday afternoon and Startrack/Auspost does not operate on weekends. After reviewing the tracking, Startrack made an attempt to deliver but no one was home in attendance. They were able to successfully deliver the goods the next day. Apologies if the delivery speed was not satisfactory, however, it took StarTrack to deliver the goods in 1 business day from interstate. Online StoreWe purchased a NUC barebones kit (computer) with an included power supply. The power supply cables and NUC were delivered but the actual power supply was not. After a failed delivery "Lost in transit" a second hand power supply was delivered out of packaging. No response has been received since.
Tier one customer support have no power to do anything. Only receive empty platitudes and promises. Takes days/weeks to get a resolution. We still have an unusable computer as we can't trust a second hand device.

Outstanding Customer Service
Online StoreThe store was a little slower than expected to ship my order, this was due to a combination of slow supplier infil and not the store itself. However the customer service team (Tim in particular) made what would have been a very frustrating process very pleasent and over all I am quite happy with my experience.
Spent $9k on a custom pc build. Won't be buying anything from them again.
Online StoreMwave sales team sometimes gets back to you in more than hour, usually less.
Mwave support might get back to you this week. If you pose a difficult question they will ignore it entirely.
If support is a priority for you do not give mwave your money.

Good range and prices but horrible service
Online StoreI've ben forced to order from mwave a few times for specific computer parts and unfortunately I regret it every time. There is no email to contact them, no phone number and no physical reception. The only commutation method is a ridiculous chat bot. Once you place the order that's it, you have no idea when the order might arrive, it always says a few days but it can easily be 3 weeks. I would really avoid if I could buy it anywhere else locally.

Online StoreOrdered a mATX mobo, it was listed in stock. Took 5 days to ship (including the weekend) even though i was expecting them to be slow, had no idea would take 3 working days to pick from a warehouse. I Ordered something from PB Tech in NZ and that arrived quicker. Mwave, the new MSY when it comes to customer service (we all know what happened to MSY)
I've marked as two stars as they're prices are more expensive than Umart and Scorptec but there stock holding is much much better. Customer service is poor (they always sound surprised when someone complains on poor picking speeds)
Will order from again but will pay the 20 for next evening workday delivery. I'll give that a try

Hey, I recently received an order from mwave and upon opening it realised that the product I was sent was different to the product I ordered, should I expect to be sent the correct keyboard or should I apply for a refund?
Send it back and apply for refund. Buy elsewhere. Avoid this company
I've looked online and the refund process looks flawed and inconsistent at best, should I just open and use the product I was given?

I recently acquired this Windows 11 computer https://www.mwave.com.au/product/mwave-office-pro-workstation-with-intel-core-i7-windows-11-pro-ac66678. Works well, no problems. A very efficient unit, however one oddity, when I shut the unit down completely via Windows, it closes down correctly and switches off. The push button on the left will not then restart it unless I turn the power off at the mains briefly! The unit doesn't have an actual 240 volt switch so it's a bend down to the powerboard, cue creaks and groans from this otherwise fit 85 year old! Any suggestions?

I have solved the problem. It was my wifi/bluetooth keyboard, a bon.elk unit. When I connected an old USB ACER keyboard I had, it now works. Maybe the bon.elk goes to sleep and later I will press a few keys on it and then try the PC. Bummer really as at my age although I still have 20 ~ 20 vision a white keyboard is easier to see in low light conditions. Anyway I'm glad my intuition is still alive and well!! Thanks for your prompt reply it was very reassuring.
Further! I went looking in Device Manager and found under Bluetooth "Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth properties and under Power Management the default was set at "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" Unticked and voila everything works. If you opened a ticket I suggest it can be closed.
I bought a laptop Over a week ago now and it still says processing and it said it would be done processing in less than 4 days but that didn’t happen. I really needed this laptop for work and education and was expecting it to arrive right before break ended but it didn’t. I have no laptop to use for my schooling and it is creating a lot of problems for me since I can’t use a device. Any help?
It's a public holiday so a response today is unlikely. If you go on their website, log in, and open a support ticket that's the quickest way to get a response.
