Best ever saved my life – I weighed 158 kg and now i am 110 kg so i've lost 48 kg in 6 months. i have a shake for breakfast and 1 for tea and have no lunch not because of a diet i am just not hungry. i dont really get hungry at all so i really only have a normal meal 2 or 3 times a week. i do walk almost every day but not far as i also have a bad back. rapid loss has really saved my life i would of been dead from a heart attack atleast by now. so thank you so much whoever makes it Taste, it works, and really cheap for me because its 99.9% of my grocery bill The container is a to small for me to get my hand in once half of it is gone so i put it in a different container

The Shakes taste great and they are filling. I am however a little confused? I have been told by that i am supposed to have a salad with the shakes at lunch time. Yes or no?? I am hoping to join the 20 kilo club eventually. A little way off yet , but we have to start somewhere
