Poor service and over priced – Wish I read these comments earlier. I went to student price because of their claim to price beat. But when I brought them quotes, they told me the quotes weren't genuine because there are hidden cost I wasn't aware of. My agent said he was an airfare specialist so I believed him. However the tickets they ended up booking was $1000!!!! more expensive then I could've booked on the internet for 2 people by myself. When I questioned my agent, he simply said 'if you wanted the cheaper price, you should've booked on the internet'. Well right I will next time!
