Only refunded partially – I Bought a Zenithink think pad through this mob for $215 and got a aftermarket AC adaptor for it so sent it back for a new adaptor and was told they would cover postage costs then it was sent back with same issue, so again sent it back for a full refund as it was not a genuine part and they gave me back only $180 ????? they are a bunch of rip offs and I have the address of a shop he owns in Melbourne if anyone else wants it..... Im taking im to civil court (and maybe a personal visit) now which will cost me noting and he will pay for all court costs as he told me he would give a full refund and pay for any postage costs.... Please stay well clear of this company and dont trust them...

It has been sent to the civil courts in Melbourne now so if its not paid before the court date you will incur civil court costs aswell. Its only for $58 but its the principal. This email you sent is declared as a legal binding document and will be dealt with in such a manner and the civil court costs for me will be anded to you if they find you were liable to pay all costs incurred as your email states you would
