Scratched apple watch from kogan
I was wanting to buy a apple watch for my daughter off Kogan and saw heaps in different conditions like "excellent", "good" and "fair. I bought a "excellent" condition one that states minimal marks.
Once receiving the watch it was covered in scratches on the screen mostly light ones but there was a couple of deeper ones very noticeable. To me the condition was fair to good defiantly not Excellent. I contact "digital store" about this and sent photos of the screen and said it's not as described and would appreciate a partial refund. Their fir...
Useless and a waste of time!
- Item was faulty
- $800.00 iPhone and was USELESS trying to get a replacement or refund was frustrating
- finally got a refund yet REFUSED to pay my own expense of tracked return postage of their FAULTY item
- Do not purchase from them not worth the head ache!
This is literally the worst seller i have EVER dealt with, they failed to send item in specified time frame so i requested a refund and now I'm being ignored! They trade under the name "DIGITAL STORE" on Kogan. I will be contacting fair trading to get my $977 back!
Stay Away From The Scammers
They trade under digital store on kogan. Payed for an item , and they never sent. The communication is terrible. I will leave it short and sweet but others reviews from other customers says it all. Complaint to ACCC issued.
Should have read the reviews
I should have read the reviews. Sent the wrong product & the amount of time wasted trying to sort it out via emails was ridiculous, they couldn't answer a simple question, absolutely disgraceful.
If I could give them a zero stars I would
I bought a mobile phone from them wasn't new but second hand and didnt work. The drama and emails stalling for a refund was ridiculous. PLEASE do not buy anything from this site!
Terrible faulty product and customer service
Phone broke after 8 months with faulty product customer service will not provide me with information asked for terrible experience avoid!!!!
Do not buy from this store. Shown as Digital Store on Kogan
Avoid buying anything from this store. They don't dispatch the products at the time they promised and they are unable to provide clear updates. Very difficult to communicate. They don't respond to your requests and they don't answer to your questions. It's even very difficult to ask for cancelling the order and refund. Very disappointed at their customer services. Avoid buying from them is my advice.
Good not delivered and money not refunded
We bought a Iphone 8 via Kogan and it was returned to the warehouse in Melbourne due to an address error which we tried to correct from the time we placed the order. So far they (Techrific) stopped communicating with us and the Iphone 8 and the refund is a No Show. These people are dishonest but we will pursue this through regulators and the courts if necessary. This dispute is ongoing as from the 13th August. The rude customers services person disapeared when we asked for the money to be refunded. We are not going away and we will get our money back through any legal means and the regulators must look at the conduct of both Kogan and Techrific.
Digital Store on Kogan - Do not buy from them!
I purchased 2 phones from these guys. DRAMA'S BOTH TIMES. Will never go there again.
The first time they sent the wrong phone, I sent it back within days and it took them 4 months and countless emails before they processed the refund.
The second time (I got sucked in because I didn't check the seller before I pressed purchase) they sent me a phone that stopped working after 2 weeks. It had a faulty battery and wouldn't charge, they tried to blame it on me claiming that I had used it too much - which is hilarious because it wouldn't stay char...ged for longer than 15 minutes once it was disconnected from the charger. Again it took them weeks to process my refund and I really had to put my foot down as they tried to send me out a replacement phone - clearly I don't want anything from their store. They sell faulty goods and low quality products. Do not buy from them....
Horrible customer service
iPhone XR purchases, received later then told , it was faulty I returned it and asked for a refund plus my postage refund as I shouldn’t be out pocket.
The jerks refunded my phone but not my postage. 3 weeks later still dealing with wanting my refund for postage .I included the receipt in the parcel which they have lost!. Refunded me part of the postage still leaving me out of pocket for their screw up!
customer service is horrible 84 emailed and still not resolved, Kogan customer care is just as horrible and don’t care for customers will never shop with digital store and will warn others!
Do not buy from them unless you want to be treated like crap and have faulty items
Don't trust this company they are fake. Ordered a phone in November still not dispatched and had mail them 20times but no reply.
Stay away from this company.
Thieves selling faulty goods
Purchased Samsung galaxy S9. Ex demo so expected it wouldn't be perfect.
6 months and 2 weeks later the earpiece stopped working and the battery stopped holding charge. Scumbags happily offered to charge me to fix it as it was out of warranty.
Spend double the money and get a new one - it will last longer than buying junk from these thieves
Deceptive Conduct! Listed as Digital Store on Kogan. BEWARE NEVER DO BUSINESS!
This company has a few businesses & ALL have been connected to DECEPTIVE CONDUCT & BREAKING CONSUMER LAW! They're well known as Digital Store Abn 82150976471 Laverton Vic 3028 on Kogan. BUYER BEWARE. They advertise as genuine brands but supply generic cheap rubbish brands.Their customer service is non existent & they make it difficult for you to get a refund. Kogan escalation team is also useless. Report this business to ACCC & Consumer Complaints so they'll be fined, lose merchant functions & close down.
I purchased Iphone through MyDeal from digital store and the reviews for digital store were good. Appearance of iphone was excellent for ex demo however started loosing charge quickly then wouldn't charge or turn on. Sent phone back as it had 6 months warranty at my cost and was told faulty battery and they said they fixed it and they were sending it back. I received phone today and it still will not turn on or charge emailled them immediately and they advised "thats strange we were able to charge it to 100% maybe its the charger". I am using t...he new charger they sent back with phone and if it was charged 100% without use it should still be charged. I have now found out that Brus own digital store so i have escalated this to My Deal. Do not use digital store and My Deal should remove them from there market place.
Questions & Answers
is this reliable
NO! from all my experience ( and others I had contact with) with these scammers emails and endless stalling delay tactics. If you go ahead and buy from them and you did read all the posts? well its a...ll on you. Go read up on "Catchdeal too" They are the same mob also Google the name and read up on the ACCC enforcements and note the date stamps and then look at all the posts scene then! Notice anything?
Plz don’t buy from them do your self a favour and go somewhere else! You will be far more happy!
sorry to ask this
but is catch deal same company
as catch...it's just odd
people complain about techriffic catch deal goes down then catch company selling from hong kong/china...anyone thinks its tcf in a different format...any help on this please
Techrific and catchdeals are both owned by the same man from Hong Kong, however, he resides in Australia. The accc has Placed an undertaking on his company. Techrific has traded since 2005, catchdeals...since 2015, if you google Hendryk Wijaya (the owner) and accc or techrific you should find the accc court document .
sincere thank you ange for reply
..very much appreciated.
Online electronics retailers, BXT International Ltd (BecexTech) and TCF Global Ltd (which operates Techrific and CatchDeal) have adm...itted to contravening the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and provided court-enforceable undertakings to the ACCC.
Hi all, my dad purchased a phone off these guys and it gave him an electric shock before falling apart. Long story short we have been to NCAT and won but they havent paid up, we are considering lodging with Victorian courts and sending a sheriff to enforce the order from NSw but tgis will cost a bit of money (around $300) has anyone done this and been successful? Is it worth spending more money on this?
They are in China, good luck as they violate Australian consumer law and I have seen your problem before. In Australia it is illegal to sell electrical goods that were put into the rubbish cause of po...tential problems like yours. Buying second hand electrical items from overseas is full of issues. One is dose the item meet Australian standards? short answer NO. To find this look for the Australian standards sticker on the electrical item, then you have your answer. Check the ACCC web sight and follow the links to these and more questions buying second hand electrical items from overseas!
DOC]Brus Australia Pty Ltd, trading as 'Techrific' and Hendrik Wijaya ...
For Australian network check this if and when you find an issue with these phones. As I did when it was not working. https://www.whistleout.com.au/MobilePhones/Guides/Will-my-phone-work-in-Australia-c...arrier-network-frequencies https://www.finder.com.au/what-do-i-need-to-consider-if-im-importing-a-phone How can I find a trustworthy supplier? catchdeal / Techrific and all the other alias names by this mob scammers matches this post so well. They will never pay you as Australian law has no jurisdiction in CHINA. The sheriff is not going to travel to China. They have no address location here in Australia where they are here in person.
