Fake SanDisk Memory cards sold by TopBuy, Be aware! – I bought a SanDisk memory card from TopBuy which turned out to be a fake. There was no serial number printed on the card and no holographic sticker on the package. I contacted them and they send me a photo of genuine SanDisk card which had a serial number on it and they told me that the card should look like that genuine one. But, it wasn’t and I sent them a photo of mine as per their request. They forward it to the supplier and replied me a funny answer. “Our supplier confirms that it is genuine. You can see there is the SanDisk logo on it”. That’s all.
I have never seen a funnier response like this. Obviously, every fake card has a similar logo that the genuine one has. What about a serial number and a holographic sticker? They didn’t answer me at all. And interesting thing was that they deleted all our conversation from my account and also deleting my new messages quickly without any response. I will never buy things from TopBuy again with this poor customer service. And if anybody knows how to sue them please help me or join me.

Our conversation was ended in 5 December with your last comment that which saying it is genuine without providing evidence. After that I messaged you several times. But no response! And also all my messages and the conversation between me and you were deleted. I received the answer yesterday after this review and after 2 weeks saying that he/she was on leave! I hope you are right and will help me!

So far Topbuy accused me for lying! Saying that it is not their product and I may have bought it from somewhere else! How dare you Topbuy?! I won't stop here and will disseminate this story anywhere I can! Hope people will read and won't trust these people.
