Pros: Great card for travelling, I will still be using it in Aust as I never get any worthwhile benefits for rewards. I just want a simple card.

Cons: None

Overall: This is a great card for travelling. Absolutely no fees thruout my 2 months travelling and excellent exchange rates. I put $AU20k in the account before travelling. No fees, took cash out at various tellers thruout the world, I come back and no fees and nearly wholesale exchange rates (around o.o4c diff). I thoroughly recommend this card. I even got a call in Italy for a large transaction check. You are mad if you travel with an ordinary card.

Pros: Fee free international transactions, good to have this if you travel a lot.

Cons: recently changed interest rate to match major bank credit cards, so not so good value anymore

Overall: I've had a clear advantage for a while now. It started out all good, with no annual fee, low interest % etc. Recently they've sent a letter saying interest rates will go up to 19-20%. Charged me $ 35 overlimit fee a few times for a few cents overlimit that was due to their credit adjustments and not my purchase transactions. Not sure if all banks do that as I was told it's all in fine print. I agree with steveoverseas July 18th comment about outsourced customer service - not good at all but I remember calling them just couple of years ago and found them okay. For years of having over 10K limit, I reduced it to 4K for sometime and recently tried to increase about 1K on my limit and was knocked back. I guess customer loyalty has not value anymore and am shopping for a better deal to transfer my balance into a different card. In short, it started out good but sadly the honeymoon is period is over!!
