complaint to Woolworth with photos of bread and date & batch number. They gave me $10 e-gift voucher and did not require me to take it to store for refund. Second time it happened no e-gift card and they forced me to return it to the store for refund. Thei poor quality should not inconvenience me. I asked for e-gift card and they refused. Very unimpressed Wooworths and your failed QA process.
