chefs or dietitians!! We, too, have noticed the demise of nuts in the 'fruit free', Aldi, Muesli we usually buy. I've decided to make my own from now on but will have to buy some of their products; example almonds, to make it unfortunately (Maybe I should grow an almond tree, grow wheat etc etc). Now I have to find a recipe and spend another few precious (unpaid!) hours making it!
