need that. This "250" fan has three blades and a 34 watt ball bearing motor. The noise level is the best I have found so far for a "250" fan, yet the rated volume output is good. This model may be hard to find as it is not available at a major retail hardware chain.
With its power lead, DIY installation is easy if you already have a socket installed in the roof space for a fan. If not, you will need an electrician. If you are replacing an existing "250" fan, note that this fan requires a 300mm round cut-out, whereas many others only require 290mm.
Providing it lasts, I am very happy with this unit.
